I would give zero if it allowed me to!
Ordered a few dresses a couple weeks ago 1 of the dresses was completely ripped on the shoulder, having contacted customer services they agreed that I should return the dress for a full refund. I have returned the whole order and it states on the return portal that all 3 dresses have been returned and a full refund has been issued however I have only been refunded for 2 of the dresses (damaged dress hasn't been refunded) I've been back and forth with customer services and it's like speaking to a brick wall. I have lost total faith in ordering from this scam company ever again! Boohoo do better.

Incorrect items recieved

Out of 5 items that I ordered, 2 of them were correct.
1 item was similar but not the same as the image used for the item. It also had a missing button!
The other two items were obvious from looking at them they were incorrect. One was supposed to be white lace shorts and I got something with black and whit stripes. The other a white co-ord and I got some champagne dress

Even more disappointing as quality wasn't that bad. Just wish I got the items I asked for!

Ordered trousers and received a crop top

I ordered two trousers off boohoo costing €35 including delivery.
My package arrived and I received one trousers which was nothing like the pictures and instead of the other trousers I got sent a bikini crop top.
Got onto customer service and got 12 different customer service reps replying with the same generic message and asking for more proof and pictures of the trousers. Couldn’t send a picture of the trousers because I didn’t get them. Explained this in each email and sent pictures of the top and each time I get a generic reply and then new customer service reps asking for the same again.
I finally admitted defeat and gave up and just returned everything.
They then issued a refund and failed to refund me the delivery because they said that’s not refundable…even though I paid for delivery for items I didn’t receive.
An additional charge was taken for return too.

Honestly do not buy from the website. I’ve had better customer experiences on SHEIN….absolutely painful experience.

Forgot to mention it took a solid 7 weeks of forward and back emails before I gave up.

An absolute awful company

An absolute awful company!
I ordered some shoes and within seconds of ordering I realised it was getting delivered to my old address. I quickly contacted them and asked them to either change or cancel my order as I wouldn’t be able to go to my old address as it’s hours away. I was told they couldn’t change or cancel my order so now my order is going to end up completely lost! Most companies will change or simply cancel your order but not this company!!!! Do not use! Customer service if you can call it that also take ages to respond!

Awful experience!

Awful experience!! I won’t be ordering from Boohoo again.
I’m really disappointed with the whole experience. A £15 “protection” charge was added to my basket, which I did not want and did not knowingly agree to. This should not be automatically added, and it certainly should not be down to the customer to pay extra to cover Boohoo’s own packing mistakes or issues if a delivery goes missing.
I only noticed the charge once the order had already been processed, which feels very misleading and unfair.
The customer service has been just as frustrating. It’s so annoying dealing with automated AI responses rather than a real person who can actually understand and resolve the issue properly. On top of that, two items were missed from my return refund, so I’m now having to chase money that should have been refunded correctly in the first place.

Overall, this has been a really poor experience from start to finish.. unexpected charges, poor customer service, and refund issues.

Ordered a short and t-shirt set it was worn and missing the shorts

Ordered a short and t-shirt set , when package arrived Instantly knew it wasn't a full set as was thin and light , opened parcel to find not only the shorts missing but the t-shirt inside out and scrunched up like somebody had worn it and flung it in the bag and returned , no one had clearly checked the order then boohoo charge me to return . Won't be ordering from there again

Boohoo have been really hard to get…

Boohoo have been really hard to get hold of in the past. Would take 3-7 days for a reply via email.
I used whats app today and the advisor kai was brilliant and very helpful

I returned a couple of tops which were…

I returned a couple of tops which were badly made and I'll fitting. I did not select to be refunded to a gift card. However this is exactly what I was given. A gift card to be used within 3 months. I got in touch with boohoo to explain I did not choose to be refunded to a gift card and could I be refunded to my original payment method instead and the answer was no. Therefore I will never order from boohoo again.

i ordered a top on a tuesday which was needed for an event on the saturday so i paid a lot of money for next day delivery and by friday i was very concerned where my top was so i contacted boohoo to which they said it wont come for TWO WEEKS i said are you mad i needed it for saturday and i paid far too much for shipping no refund for that btw. just for the on the saturday morning cancel my order completely absolutely gutted loved that top

I don’t know what’s happened to boohoo…

I don’t know what’s happened to boohoo but it’s gone downhill massively. I ordered two items next day delivery on. Thursday to arrive for Friday for my holiday on Monday. After trying to actually speak to a person numerous times and ask for an update, or to just cancel my order all of the “agents” who are apparently actual people just send the same generic response telling me if I don’t want the order to refuse it despite me saying numerous times I will be away for over a week and the parcel will be left outside. It’s really frustrating to not be able to actually speak to someone who can help and also their replies take forever. I also did a previous order the week before which did come on time but the quality of clothing is really poor and I have a top that is size 10 on boohoo label and then another cheap tatty looking label which is obviously like a whole sale manufacturer t shirt and the size on that is completely different. Wont be ordering from boohoo again.

Update- over a week has gone by, absolutely no updates and no parcel. What is actually going on with this company?! You can’t even speak to anyone all of the “agents” just give a generic reply exactly like the ai chat robot.

This company sent me the wrong item…

This company sent me the wrong item over a month ago and expect me to cover the cost of postage to send replacement out

Its a co ord item and I asked for replacement but they said they sent a refund to the gift card but it isn’t there

I’m starting to think this “clothes shop” is a cover up for something much more darker.

Why do boohoo partner with lemon lunar

Why do boohoo partner with lemon lunar? The company is awful and makes them look really bad. The fact no one including myself has been able to submit returns as the returns page doesn’t work. Surely boohoo must have received ample complaints about this partnership. It’s ridiculous. I’ll never shop at boohoo again just for this poor choice of partnership.

Bought items on Boohoo

Bought items on Boohoo, and paid for next day delivery. After paying the money, I got told the items had been received by Evri. Then on the day of delivery, I got told they would actually be delivered in a week! Boohoo is good value, but you can't trust them.

Such a huge dissapointing experience…

Such a huge dissapointing experience with shopping at Boohoo. Did a simple order of only two items (pair of trousers and a tank top) and when parcel was finally delivered it contained two totally different (two pairs of shoes…) items. I have inmediatly notified customer services about the wrong items and said I would return them and requested for a full refund. They now only refund for the items but not the shipping costs. Which is absolutely ridiciulous, as the error was made by Boohoo and not me, so why does the customer still have to pay for the return costs. Easy profit for a shite company! The name Boohoo says it all… Dont buy anything it will be a booing experience!
