Haven’t received my parcel
Haven’t received my parcel. This is most likely the couriers fault rather than bondara. However I’ve contacted the bondara customer help a few times to try and resolve the issue and haven’t heard anything back from them. It’s almost been a week since I initially contacted them.

Unfortunately Evri are delivery agents
The ordering experience was as easy as always. I did pay for next day delivery but that did not happen, the parcel arrived after 2 day. I believe that was down to Evri and their well known incompetence.
The package had been labelled for next day delivery but then relabelled having failed to send it out.
Your service was perfect when Royal Mail was used but Evri are appalling.

Great service
Good company to deal with from ordering to delivery.
Bought for wife’s birthday. First tried product but I couldn’t get it to work so contacted via email, they responded within a short time even though it was very late , they told me what I should try before I returned it, I tried what was suggested and it was fine, the wife loves it!!!!
Only downside is there are no instructions, if there was I wouldn’t have had to get in touch!

This would be a 100% five star review, let down only buy the choice of courier Evril.
Paid for next day delivery, and although the guys shipped it out the very same day it did not arrive until Thursday.
Evril tracking stated every day and it was out for delivery and would be delivered shortly, only to be told delivery had failed around 2 pm.
I waited until Wednesday before escalating to yourselves, the customer service was first class an amazing, refunded my postage and posted a replacement out next day delivery by Royal Mail which arrived as promised.
