If you want a fabulous removal firm, which will help you achieve a stress free move choose Bolt. These guys are fabulous and we can 100% recommend. At every customer contact, each person we spoke with for quoting, questions etc were helpful, informative, efficient and reliable.
On moving day the guys were brilliant. Rocked up exactly on time, got to work with a can do attitude and lovely camaraderie which provided a great atmosphere on what could otherwise have felt quite a stressful day. They worked unbelievable hard and got us packed/unpacked quickly and we felt in good hands.
We’d like to thank everyone at Bolt for doing such a fabulous job. We will be recommending you to everyone we know!!

Everything about Bolt Removals was brilliant. From their removal guide, to their communication, their pricing, and their packing and moving service. All their staff were accommodating, hard working and reliable. I couldn't recommend them enough.

We were recommended Bolt after family used their services last year and I am so glad they did! They fit in our initial consultation last minute to work around our schedules and sent the quote over promptly. When our plans changed for moving they efficiently amended our quote. The movers on the day were on time, took care when removing our items and worked quickly. When at the new address they listened to where we wanted everything and asked twice at the end if we wanted anything moved etc. Everyone we have dealt with has been super friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend Bolt to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish! They are prompt, very helpful and efficient. Quality of packaging is very good. Every aspect done smoothly and none of the walls were scratched/ items damaged. All of them are friendly. They provided all packaging materials and collected all the boxes promptly. Glad that we choose Bolt. We highly recommend Bolt removals company.

I can’t praise Bolt Removals highly enough. The office staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire lead-up to my move, even though the move itself was rescheduled and delayed multiple times over the course of a year. They remained patient, organised, and reassuring throughout.

On moving day, the porters arrived promptly, introduced themselves individually, and were warm, welcoming, and remarkably gentle with everything. Their professionalism and calm, friendly demeanour made a stressful process feel far more manageable. Every single team member was a credit to the company.

From starting very early morning in Penarth to finishing late afternoon in Buckinghamshire, the 3 men from Bolt Removals were absolutely wonderful!!
We could not have wished for better service. They made the whole process of moving stress free for us.
They had to negotiate several flights of stairs in our Penarth flat to load up the vans and then unload to a bungalow. There's an attic room here and when asked, they were happy to carry endless boxes up! Nothing was too much trouble.
They accommodated our every need and were meticulous in their transferring and caring for our furniture and belongings.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Hard working, good humoured throughout. 5 star, professional company.
