The Bolt team were really professional and helpful.
I had loads of queries beforehand and they were happy to answer emails promptly.
2 people came in and packed everything on the 1st day and then a whole team came in on the 2nd day who worked really well.
I would definitely use them again if I ever move (hopefully not).

We went for Bolt's packing and removal services. Teams on both days were fast, careful and kind. Moving is stressful, but they put my mind at ease and it was worth every penny.

Luke and his colleague delivered and extremely heavy mattress to my home today. They were so polite and respectful of my home. Although i was asked to move items out of the way before their arrival, they advised of additional items to move to ensure there was no damage. They wore overshoes to protect my floors. Their communication was excellent all day with regular updates and they arrived earlier than initially thought. They made what could have been very difficult feel very easy for me. Thank you both! Hope you have a well deserved Christmas break

Honestly if I could give 6 stars I would, Fabian and the guys were fantastic, nothing was too much. So helpful and extremely patient and never a grumble. From the very first point of contact through to move day they could not have been better, making a stressful day much easier, thanks again guys.

Brilliant delivery, lots of updates and above and beyond service. Got my new mattress up to 2nd floor in no time, took away my old one. Very positive attitude and super helpful!

Karol and Catalin delivered my DFS Sofa’s very polite and friendly put sofa’s where we wanted them even put some floor protection down as it was raining, top guys Thanks

Had new furniture arrived today. Karol & Katalin the two operatives very good. Layed out a length of carpet in my hallway very for protection and carefully manoeuvred furniture into my lounge. No issues at all with very good communication throughout from Bolt Removals..

On time with plenty of arrival time notice. Friendly and professional. Very quick, put my sofa exactly where needed, checked the sofa before leaving, took all waste and even put floor protection down for me.

Bolt Removals were frankly amazing from start to finish. From the initial visit, quote and information pack, to the packing boxes and packing material, ongoing dialogue as completion dates changing to the move day itself. Now to the move, the guys turned up bang on time ordered logistics for the day and were incredibly polite and professional. The stress of the of day got pretty hectic due to vendor's solicitor being worse than useless...and finally receiving keys 3 hours later than we should have. Bolt Removals were patient and professional throughout when we arrived to find the vendor had only half moved out! I myself worked for 2 hours helping the vendor move the last of his unpacked 'stuff' out while Bolt worked around him! The guys were superb throughout and finished the job in the dark, again polite, professional and good humoured which is everything yiu need on a stressful move day. Couldn't rate Bolt more highly!

My property has steps leading to the door and is a little akward to navigate normally. However, the delivery team are pros! They were very polite, not at all grumpy, which is what I have come to expect with other companies! 1st class delivery lads!!

I was kept informed of the delivery slot, & even a phone call on the day to confirm.
Delivery team were courteous, to me & my property & were in & out in no time st all.
Even took all the plastic wrapping away!

We were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Bolt Removals. From the highly competitive quote (that included extras compared with other companies) to the professional, friendly service that was excellent at every stage. Our move was undertaken over two days with a partial packing on day one and full move on day two. The team were careful with fragile items and considerate with our valued items. One point of constructive feedback - items being packed by them could have more detailed labelling on the box. A single K for kitchen led to quite a bit of confusion when there are multiple boxes.
All Bolt staff, from the office to operational were professional, engaging, affable and hard working.

Bolt Removals delivered our sofa on behalf of SCS yesterday and they were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond in every possible way. Our sofa turned out to be far too big to fit through our living room door — total nightmare — but by sheer luck our neighbour was having his windows replaced on the same day.

Without hesitation, the Bolt Removals team worked with the glazier next door, had the neighbour’s living room window removed, and then lifted our massive sofa through our neighbour’s house, out their back door, over the fence and into our living room. This thing was heavy, but they tackled it with zero complaints and genuinely seemed happy to make sure we had our sofa in time for Christmas.

We were so impressed that we’ve saved their details — when it’s time to move house, we’ll definitely be calling them. The two gentlemen who came out were professional, friendly, and honestly the best we’ve ever dealt with.

I booked in Bolt removals for my recent house move and it couldn’t have been a smoother, successful move! Mario & Kristian were very helpful & efficient and I’d highly recommend!

Bolt provided their full packing service and removals for our move from Cardiff to Rogerstone. I could not rate them any more highly - they were perfect! Professional throughout. Packed all of our items very, very safely. They worked so hard removing everything from our 6th floor apartment, and did so with a smile. There were no hidden fees. They have such a ‘can do’ attitude - when we thought our sofa wouldn’t fit back out through our door, they made it happen. When our washing machine didn’t fit into the intended space in our new house, they made it happen and altered the unit so that we could connect it all up. Honestly, just book these guys and you won’t be disappointed! :)
