Always my first port of call when considering buying a game - competitive prices, good delivery, useful discount, and even more discount with points!

These puzzles are so fun! I purchased the Night at the Movies puzzle as a gift for my film loving nephew. He loved it!

It was hard for me to find the product elsewhere (even from the original producers themselves) and Zatu was able to provide it at a fair price. Everytime Zatu delivers, they do it with care and keep their products in perfect conditions, plus they arrive relatively quick.

Figures arrived well packaged and in a timely fashion.

I was a awkward customer, I asked for amendments to a pre order and queries about other stock , not only did they patch my pre order with the extra items I wanted but gave me links to every other item they had from my queries!

I really was awkward, they simply gave me results, and I got my items in good condition at great prices! First time customer too, I can't fault Zatu, I'll be shopping here again.

Package came undamaged and it was easy to find on the website

Order came within a week of purchase. The box it came in was a but flimsy but I'm gonna blame that on Customs and the handlers. Product was in condition advertised.

Poor service, the stock is not updated, if you buy something out of stock that is out of production they just keep your money till you contact them, the refund page 'magically' I am not allowed on that page that's all Google knows is the message I get, too much hassle for a simple transaction

I was brought up on card games and monopoly and now I have a family I wanted to play games too and wondered what was out there. Zatu makes exploring and researching easy. Zatu clearly marks games that have won awards and give trust worthy recommendations. With Zatu's help I began a tradition where on family birthdays they'll always be a game to open. We play with them all every week. Delivery service, price and ordering is also very easy. I recommend Zatu to those who want to build a culture of family game playing.

Found board games that had limited availabilty at a great price compared to US Ebay sellers at triple price. Order was slow, contacted customer service and received confirmation it was picked and shipped, received it within a week from that communication, as advertised. Due to how hard it was to find board game, A-OK with length of order time, happy received the product. Will use in future for options.

I like how my game was packed and secured and I liked the communication on when it would arrive it was priced good and I like using Zatu for buying my boardgames.

*edit* Arrived and all is fine - the delay was a bit of an annoyance.

I placed an order with Zatu Games on 2 August for a binder and an item from the new Riftbound release. Both were showing as in stock when I ordered, but it is now 5 August and my order still has not been dispatched. The Riftbound item is also now showing as out of stock, which makes the lack of progress even more concerning.

I contacted customer service yesterday and was told, “It’s ready to be shipped and should be posted within 12 to 24 hours.” After that timeframe had passed, I contacted them again today and was told that my order was “being packed as we speak” and would be posted today. That was several hours ago, and I have still received no dispatch confirmation, tracking information or meaningful update.

I’m leaving a one-star review for now because an order that was supposedly in stock should have been dispatched by this point, particularly after I was given two separate assurances. I will update this review if and when my items arrive, depending on how the rest of the order is handled.

Ordered this for a birthday present, it came in good time, well wrapped and I perfect condition. Fabulous gift.

Speedy delivery, good price, good availability (for the UK) when other retailers don't have them.
