Bmw Engine Works Reviews

Was very sceptical about finding a garage when I was told I needed a new engine , these guys gave me a set price unlike the other garages that had potential increases in the cost . Fast turnaround and kept me posted with detailed work throughout .

Very helpful advice from Cameron providing help with engine replacement for 5.5 year old series 5 BMW estate and oil change, recently servicing and battery replacement. Highly recommend their ability to fix engines. Leon returned my cleaned car to my home address with care. Many thanks for all your help. It is much appreciated.

So these guys mainly advertise they are BMW specialist but trust me .....these guys can do the work on Anything
Kam and the team FULLY rebuilt my Cayenne engine without any hassle or dramas
The Main Dealer who maintain it simply wanted to charge me over 18k for a new engine
These guys saved me Thousands
Proper old school mentality and ability to offer a 'fix' instead of the common easy 'replace'

Thank you guys ....truly

I recently had the engine on my 2020 BMW 7 Series Hybrid replaced by this garage and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and highly efficient.

They provided regular video updates throughout the process, which kept me fully informed and reassured. The fixed-price guarantee was honoured exactly as quoted, with no hidden surprises, and the vehicle was even collected from central London as part of the service—an extremely convenient touch.

The aftercare has been just as impressive, and I’ve felt genuinely looked after. It’s rare to find this level of customer care and technical expertise combined.

Highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be using them again in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others!

evidence to trading standards who have advised myself to
request a full refund as you have breached the
agreed terms and conditions of your own invoice delivery
within 7 days it has now been 21 days and I have been
more than patient in this matter, please refund my full
£3,795 back into my account

LOOKS LIKE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL RIP YOU OFF.
BE VERY CAREFUL AND AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Update on previous reviews. Engine in my Quasqui still running like a dream. Actually using less petrol. Eternally grateful to this garage for sorting the car out for me. Other garages have commented how well it is fitted. Also very good price for a virtually new engine. Thanks again

I found this garage after I burnt my engine out. Paid for a low mileage replacement. It did take a bit longer than quoted but I am so pleased, I have only driven for a couple of days now but it seems better than before. And £ 5000 cheaper than Nissan. Great service, seems like they give good after care.

Be very careful of this garage. I’ve paid them just over £7000 to have an engine rebuild. Two weeks later the head gasket goes in apparently that’s not covered under warranty because the garage I turn around and said that it’s not part of the engine is part of the exhilarate. This garage has been a horrendous service from start to finish. I was told my car was being taken to one place and ended up being taken to somewhere else. I was also told it would be two weeks but ended up being nearly 5 weeks for the car to do less than 400 miles within two weeks so now have no head gasket and they’re saying it’s my responsibility and for me to pay them another £7000 to the Engine . I will be reporting him to trading standards and seeking legal advice, the police people be careful this garage can’t keep getting away with it

great guy and helping alot selling great stuff also great service on ebay thank you
