Betul was so friendly and helpful during the process of setting my life insurance up for me. She wasn’t pushy and she was really understanding. She allowed me time to process things and was patient with me. I highly recommend her! No hard sell, straight forward and respectful service
The main thing about dealing with this insurance broker was that I was in control from the start. There was no harassment 15mins after I completed an online form, I was invited to make an appointment, My advisor Betul was understanding and respectful of time issues and went out of her way to call me when convenient for me. She listened to my needs and was upfront with me at every stage of setting up my insurance plan. I feel I got the best deal for me and my circumstances. I wanted to share my experience with Blue Light and Maria Waheed (Marie), who was absolutely amazing , professional, informative, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.
I took out critical illness cover, which pays £100,000 if you’re diagnosed with a critical illness. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with cancer and have since had surgery, and I am now awaiting radiotherapy. Having this cover has given me real peace of mind during such a difficult time, allowing me to focus on my recovery without financial worry.
The process only took a couple of weeks, and Marie’s guidance and support made all the difference. I would highly recommend this cover to anyone and strongly encourage speaking to Maria Waheed. Outstanding service.

I had many quotes from a few providers, and Bluelight Insurance provided me the best one. I felt supported by their team. Ryan explained me in detalis and with clarity everything I needed and wanted to know. They never pushed me to get a deal as other providers did; they listened to my concerns and respected my time. I also found the free Will writing kit and the voucher extremely useful. Highly recommended.
