No complaints whatsoever, really helpful on phone, replacement slats delivered on time, really quick and very good quality, all stitched not glued.
Really pleased the floor to ceiling patio door vertical slats were completely assembled, chains, weights etc. Just had to clip them in place.

I ordered the wrong size and notified them immediately on receipt. The blinds hadn’t even been taken out the box. The returns process is ridiculous. A courier collects from you - doesn’t notify you of a date or time but you’ve got to be in. (Too bad if the courier comes when you’re at work). After that you wait…..and wait….and wait. After over a month and several emails they finally notified me a partial refund had been made (minus their deductions for postage and restock), but that the refund could take up to 10 days to reach my bank account. Really? No idea what the blinds would have been like, but because of the truly awful returns experience I ordered the replacement blinds elsewhere. With customer service like that, I would definitely NOT recommend and will never purchase from them again.

Disappointed blind too big for window
Even though I supplied the correct resess measurements of my window

The only option was out to me by a another one or pay them then £39 for then to cut it down

They did not make any attempt to fix their error in making overall size of the blind too big for.

Will not recommend products or company and advise people to be careful it they intend using then

Ordered replacement slats for vertical blind. 1 Slat had a flaw in fabric not a major problem. Raised the issue with seller replaced the slat straight away. All delivered in good time well packaged. Definitely use again

I absolutely love my shutters so easy to install, delivery very quick highly recommend this company.

If your order arrives correct then you will be fine. If there is an issue with your order then you will have real problems with this company! Ordered x2 vertical blinds that was different lengths. X2 blinds arrived the same length. Both were incorrect measurements but luckily one just fitted. Contacted via email and the replays are sparse to say the least. Contacted by phone and promised a call back Monday and it’s now Friday and no contact. 3 weeks later still no refund or replacement blind. I can only recommend you avoid this company as I have no option but to escalate this outside this company now.

Another empty reply. Been waiting 8 days for a promised call back that never happens for the refund. Now been trying your phone for 20mins and no answer.

BlindsbyPost were quick to answer my query about blind samples and the plastic fitting on the louvre/slat. Samples/fitting sent on on the day it was requested. Order placed, and replacement slats was here within 8 days of order date. Delighted with Dalhia White. The new blinds have modernised my room, making it so much brighter. Slats very good quality, as was the weights and chains. I would highly recommend this company.
