I’ve paid for 2 products >2 weeks ago. Not yet dispatched and no response to the emails I have sent asking for an update.
It would appear I’m going to have to wait 30 days at which point I can ask my credit card company to pursue it. Very very disappointed.
1.5 months later 24HRS mascara delivery still not delivered!!! Despite kind and attentive customer support messages the idssue had not been resolved
I've used Blinc Mascara for 5 years with no issue. Pretty sure i've purchased direct from to site before too but this time they have sent me a dried up, empty mascara.
Reached out twice via email with no response as yet. Phone line goes straight to an illegitimate sounding answerphone.
Customer service seems non existent.

11 days, no order delivered. Estimated delivery days have passed, email has been ignored, I also just sent another email there. I think it’s a scam?
10 days after I have ordered and no sign of my goods. Have emailed twice with no response. Telephoned and got through to answer service that said messages could not be left as the “system was full”. Tracking through Shop app doesn’t update from order received. Have read similar reviews about blinc.com. Wish I’d read them earlier. Will be contacting my bank in the hope of a refund.
Probably a scam. Bought a makeup on 22/09/2023 and still waiting for it on 18/10/2023. Sent an e-mail, they said that it would be shipped "again", but I neved got a tracking number for it. When I asked for it they just ignored, although I receive daily spam from them.
Atrocious customer service. They don't actually ship the goods, and then ignore all efforts to contact. I paid for express shipping and I still haven't received my order - it just states 'awaiting fulfilment' on tracking. I've emailed, telephoned and also tried their webchat - nothing. Will try and claim refund via credit card. Awful. AVOID.
