I’m not happy at all
I honestly don’t know how QuickStock Cosmetic Wholesale is still operating. They have messed up at least 10 of my orders, which is beyond unacceptable that’s not bad luck, that’s total incompetence.
70% of orders seems fine but some items, incorrect stock, or problems that should never happen in the first place. It’s a constant cycle of chasing, fixing their mistakes, and wasting time that I simply don’t have when running a business. I pay for next day delivery and several times they haven’t sent it but blame the shipping company in there reply which I’ve never had an issue with DPD. QS say Anything to take the blame off themselves
Their customer service is by far the worst part. You get ignored repeatedly, and the only time they seem to respond is when you mention a chargeback. That says everything about how they treat their customers. Basic communication shouldn’t require threats.
This company is completely unreliable and clearly has no quality control or respect for its customers. It’s stressful, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing on their part

We take all customer concerns seriously, however we strongly dispute several of the claims made in this review.
Across all orders placed, our records do not support the statement that “at least 10 orders” were incorrectly fulfilled or that “70%” contained issues. We operate with a high fulfilment accuracy rate and all orders are checked prior to dispatch. Where genuine errors occur (which can happen in any wholesale operation), they are resolved promptly.
Regarding delivery, once an order is dispatched within the selected timeframe, the service is handed over to the courier. While delays can occasionally occur with third-party carriers, this does not mean an order was not sent. That said, we are always happy to review specific cases where service levels were not met.
In terms of communication, we respond to all customer queries in the order they are received. We do not prioritise or delay responses based on threats of chargebacks, and it is disappointing to see that suggestion made.
We have no record of unresolved issues being ignored. If there are any outstanding concerns, we encourage you to contact us directly with your order numbers so we can review and resolve them properly.
We remain committed to providing a reliable wholesale service and supporting our customers professionally.
