Phone is decent for the price, I also oen a blackview tablet and used to think they were good, but you better pray it never fails, my phone has been with for them over 3 months just to fix a faulty button (warranty repair) as others have mentioned you will get no response from the support team, at this point I don't think I will ever see my phone again.

I would never purchase another Blackview

I own Blackview Max 1 phone for more than 3 years. Probably closer to 4 years. I've been chatging it from 20%-100% and just sometimes from 0%-100%. After all these battery still hold like new, incredible. Phone itself is so good that I have another one (brand new and sealed) that's waiting for the current one to somehow die. 'Problem' is, that it won't. USB-C charging port is still like new, nothing bad ever happened to the phone itself, AMOLED display doesn't have any burn-ins after so many years. I can't believe how good hardware-wise this phone is. Of course the star of the show - projector. I've been using it almost day by day for around 2-3h playing games (with a hacked PS Vita or a moded Nintendo Switch connected) or watching movies/tv shows after work. It's incredible how much joy and entertainment this thing brings. Projector itself is very good in terms of quality, 720p and more than bright enough when I'm playing/watching during evenings. CPU is very old, PS1 emulation is a struggle but you can achieve 100% FPS on PAL games with Retroarch's (older, much older) core. Some PSP and Dreamcast games, everything below is perfectly fine. That's why I'm using a hacked PS Vita connected with a cable (UDCD UVC plugin) and a moded Nintendo Switch (SysDVR sys module) both wirelessly and with a cable to play games using the phone's built-in projector. Imagine having something actually useful in comparison to for example Pixel's thermometer. This phone actually changed my life to some degree. Gives me fun every single day. I won't switch to anything else, maybe to my spare one when time will come or to a newer model from Blackview with a built-in projector (if this will ever happen). What an amazing, amazing device! Never ever again I will buy this phone, support team just take not seriously, after explaining the problem and sending the videos they just disappeared, impossible to return and get refund, absolutely dodgy company, avoid avoid avoid

Terrible support service... I have the Blackview BV7100 a year now and all of a sudden it will not let me answer the calls, the tech support is terrible and there is no repair number to ring or shop you can visit, you are basically stuck with a phone that can't be repaired. Tech support is via email and its waste of time as they are pretty much useless

Purchased a blackview phone from their website after carefully reading what network will work in the US. Found one that fit our needs and purchased it for $400. It won't let you call out/ in, only send and receive text messages. Contacted the company and to get this issue resolved I have to pay at my expense $250 to air flight it back to them. Blackview is responsible for advertising and selling a non usable phone. Blackview needs to be responsible when something is wrong with their products.

Bought a tablet off the website, waited 5 weeks just for it to say it was returned. They said i didn’t pay for customs, was pretty sure i paid for everything on my first payment. Asked for a refund and they only gave me half back. Customer service was no help at all.

80% OF the filters we use ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE WITH THIS DEVICE! THE SCREEN IS NOT 10 INCHES. THE TABLET IS. The usable screen is actually only 6in x 8in. COMPANY IS MONEY HUNGRY AND Doesn't CARE ABOUT YOUR ISSUES once you turn the tablet on. Yet they sell your info for other people to contact you to buy stuff.
It Won't stay charged. Doesn't always charge up. Horrible graphics. How can they say this tablet is a gaming tablet when it won't stay connected to the Internet long enough for basic scrolling. Every video I screen record it sounds like an underwater echo. I spent $200.00s on this p.o.s., and I can't even so much get a small screw me back from the company.. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Bought a BV6200 PRO in Nov 2023 and 5 weeks later the screen went black. Could not turn off/reset and told customer services on quite a few occasions. They kept telling me to repeat and no further help. They then asked for a positive review and subject to this,(proof of review) they would let me keep the broken phone and send me a new one! Some might call this sharp practice at the very least. Customer service non existant. Avoid this company like the plague!

I bought my Blackveiw 10" tablet about a couple of years ago, it has never let me down, when I first bought it I thought it had a crap battery but after contacting their helpline I upgraded my charger and lead and it has been faultless eversince, mine does everything I need, for--- I can't remember how much I paid but I think it was around a£100 or so, I have been on my kids and grandkids tablets £300 plus company supplied, I seriously cannot see the difference and neither can they, I would recommend Blackveiw every tim

They send you the phone number that includes the shipping costs, and in small print, hidden in their particular conditions, they warn that there may be some customs fee, but they do not specify how much. It gives the impression that by paying shipping costs, you are already paying all shipping costs, but no. When the package arrives, they force you to pay the customs fees and if you don't, they tell you that the return exceeds the price of the phone and they will not refund the amount. I mean, in the end they keep the phone and your money. Do not buy from Blackview.hk

I bought Blackview MP80 blackview.hk. Unfortunately, I did not manage to collect the goods and the post office returned the goods to the sender, and the post office informed me about. After contacting the support on the store's website, I was informed that the goods had been destroyed by the post office, it is a BIG LIE. Now the store is not responding to my emails. They didn't refund my money and I don't have the goods. THIEVES.

I have owned 2 Blackview phones, the first one was very good. The second one's battery is absolutely horrible. Do not buy a Blackview phone if you wish to own it longer than a year. Batteries are total crap. You will soon hate it and have to invest in another phone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

purchased a tab15 pro arrived on time from amazon but on opening it there is no sim card compartment and headphone socket does not work contacted support at blackview but have not heard anything back from them so will end up asking for a refund from amazon useless customer service

A55Pro mobile, terrible phone. Worked great for first week then the multiple problems started.
Crashes during charging if you try to use it.
Charger gets very hot so never leave unattended.
Charging now takes about 12 hours but then lasts about 4.
The China based eBay seller was terrible too. I started to raise issues after the first week, they have sent back non-sensical replies, offered no chance to get full refund or replacement. Finally after many months I got a partial refund but I'm still left with a rubbish mobile.

worst phone brand ever

Love Blackview, got the BV7100 last year which was a decent work phone. I deliver parcels and it was dropped a lot, dropped it one too many times recently and the main camera stopped focusing properly, Jesse from customer service sent me a replacement camera the day after I raised the issue. Thank you

I need the camera for work immediately and my replacement wont arrive for 4 to 6 weeks, so picked up the BV9300 and absolutely love it! Top spec phone for decent price. Looking to pick up the Active 8 pro tablet shortly

Blackview Tab 7 Pro: had a blackview phone a few years ago and was happy enough, bought a tablet recently, it's gone downhill. Their operating system Doke would try the patience of a saint, it overrides what you want at every step, shuts down everything even after following their convoluted process for whitelisting. You're stuck with their godawful clock because it'll nix your alarms on anything else you install yourself. In order to choose your keyboard you have to disable all the others. Its screen is unresponsive. It's basically a bundle of frustration. Might suit a 5 year old but that's it. Waste of money.

Blackview BV9300
I am impressed with this rugged smartphone.
It offers everything I need as a builder. Sturdy, long battery life, good camera, sufficient memory and laser range finder.
Bulky and heavy, but that doesn't bother me.
What I don't like is its claim to be waterproof.
It claims to be waterproof to a depth of 1.5m for 30 mins .
This is FALSE.
I used it for snorkeling one time.
It was no more than 30cms underwater and for no longer than 10mins.
It ceased to function afterwards.
This was clearly due to being submerged.
I read the conditions of guarantee and it states water damage is not covered.
I unscrewed the back, and there was indeed water inside.
I have now purchased the same phone as it ticks all the boxes for what I need, but DO NOT believe their claim that this phone is in any way waterproof.

Nice tablet tho I am not impressed with the forced advertisement all the time I open chrome browser.
