Very nice hand forged hooks. Perfect size. Bit worried about installing as didn't want to spoil - so made small hole in wood post with a bradawl and then hammered in with a rubber meat hammer. Think if you used metal hammer you would damage them. I chose colour "pewter" and are definitely "pewter" - extremely pleased. Would definitely go back to this shop.

I ordered 2 items (a dragon and a bird made from cutlery). Both items were delivered really quickly and are excellent quality. The customer service I received from Rhiannon was second to none as well as. A problem with my order was resolved very quickly. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Ordered some planter signs that were on my sisters birthday list. I expect just average quality but they are proper solid heavy iron , outstanding quality and craftsmanship tbh. Slight issue with damaged packaging and I believe this is how 3 of the spikes were lost in transit…emailed them to explain, no issue and 3 replacement spikes are on the way to me. I’m so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship I’m looking at ordering a few bits for cemetery and if I can find anything for my balcony…I will order myself something.I would certainly recommend them…very impressed.

This is my first experience of Blackfriday country Metal work and I feel they are deserving of a five star review for quality of goods and customer service. I intended to order one item from them but found myself ordering three large items in the end. I had more than one email notification from the company they use to deliver informing me of a time slot. On the day of delivery I received an email from Sue Ford apologising that one of the items had been removed from delivery because it hadn’t passed their quality checks. Although disappointed, as this was the original item that I had searched for, there was a huge contrast in customer care from Sue compared to another company who delivered an item that was of such poor quality and did not match the description. Sue immediately answered my emails and was proactive in finding a resolution unlike the other company who I am still trying to convince that I need a full refund and not a partial one! I will definitely buy from Black Country Metal works again. Thank you Sue Ford ( ps the delivery company they use were also very good, friendly and professional.

Ordered 2 lanterns - arrived swiftly and well packed. Good quality items. A brass screw was missing from one but TWO replacements were sent out immediately. Great customer service and would use again.

My Buddha Mirror is honestly amazing, very stunning to look at, it brings me calm (Even through, I'm not religious, as times are difficult). It's superb quality, was received quickly in perfect condition due to excellent packaging. Highly recommended A***

I love my Tree of Life wall art. It's great quality with a lovely weathered look. Easy to install with one screw, as it's not heavy. It arrived quickly and well packaged.

Bought 3 items now from this company......outdoor street light.....hedgehog door mat and fireside companion set in last 24 months. Excellent quality service and delivery looking to purchase my fourth item for place. I'm from Barnsley and never said "how much" you get what you pay for would highly recommend.

Post Office are pants and obviously lost the first one posted. However contacted seller and arrived the next day.
Fantastic sturdy item will look fabulous on my new gates, seems it will weather well and warn delivery drivers.

This family run business has gone above and beyond and I can’t recommend them enough. I purchased a Royal Mail style post box and it was really nice, but over the winter months it looked like rust was around the box. I contacted them and sent pictures and even though they assured me it wasn’t rust, they wanted me to be happy. I was offered a replacement and I was so happy. I chose a more expensive one and went to pay the difference and they offered to pay part of the payment as well. I was lost for words and in shock, as family run business in this current climate giving me this choice I’m extremely grateful
