After putting in everything and seeing it collapse, I was lucky Av-ex Bri-dges took care of all the issues.

It's all a scam; they suddenly come up with new rules that they didn't inform you about just to trick you out and to delay your withdrawals. But #Crop Mines......Is different and they assure good returns without any delay.

This scammers are still holding my funds, they keep asking for different illegal information just for them to keep the funds, they feel offended that i call them disgusting scammers! you can check how long this has been going on since my first review! that platform deserves to be shut down!!

Excellent exchanger! Have been using it since 2016 and is the only one I consider trustable and safe to deposit funds in the long term. Support and compliance had been always great too, very supportive and offering good response times

Avoid! High costs can occur when you are not able to withdraw delisted tokens in time. Fixed fee costs which aren’t mentioned upfront!!

Disrespectful customer service. They don’t answer you questions nor do they give an explanation why costs are so high.

My problem was very quickly solved and I enjoyed a 100% positive experience!

The support team got back to my problem with a withdrawal process within a super-short time span. The reaction times each time were only a couple of hours. And even though the agents were different (due to my answer time), my problem was successfully solved within short time and absolute clarity.

If all exchanges would that way, it's be a great step forward for the whole crypto sector.

Zent ri Coup s, rescued me and recovered my lost funds.

Terrible experience. Their only value is to have been there at the beginning of the bitcoin hype, I registered with them in 2017. A few years ago they installed this new system of verification levels, even for existing users. Now they hold hostage some cryptos of mine worth a couple of meals in a good restaurant, but the verification process is such a nightmare that I am tempted to forget about the coins. However, I am not going to let them win. They try to discourage users to keep their funds.

I understand that there is a lot of negative reviews here, but I've had good experiences with Bitfinex Support, as well as their reporting application. The platform itself works well, just like many other exchanges. But as opposed to basically every other major platform, I never ran into a bot impersonation support staff on Bitfinex. It's helpful real f people answering you, who are understanding what you tell them and actually try to help. Most of the times I have a reply pr. e-mail in less than 30min. I think that about 3 hours is the maximum I have waited. Also their tax reporting application is far beyond any other major platform I have tried. On some of them you have to wait hours to get incomplete .CSV files and then spend hours trying to obtain the missing data.

Crypto trading is the wild west in glitter, but Bitfinex are one of the most professional and least pompous platforms out there - IMO of course.

After what I went through, I will never put a single cent on Bitfinex again. In my experience, they treat customer funds with absolute carelessness. My deposit was stuck locked on their platform for many days with zero explanation, and even after providing every documentation they demanded—multiple times—they simply ignored my repeated requests to release my money.

Their customer support was abysmal. It felt like they had no interest whatsoever in resolving the issue or respecting the fact that real people rely on access to their funds. They took days at a time to reply, and when they eventually respond it's with a copy/paste answer that in no way resolves the issue.

Based on what I experienced, Bitfinex is absolutely not a platform you can trust, this exchange should be avoided at all costs!

Frauds! after my deposit, it doesnt reflect in my £7,950, balance and when i sent mails to them i was blocked i then escalate the case to *CL_IX~OT*

It's terrible! I tried using the exchange a long time ago to deposit and withdraw small amounts, but I never used it again because of the slow speed. Finally, I made a small deposit and withdrawal. Although the process was slow, taking about an hour, it was tolerable. I then deposited 5,034 USDT using the same process. The blockchain quickly showed the transfer was successful, but it took over ten hours for the exchange to credit the funds. Withdrawals are even worse. They ask for all sorts of strange documentation and won't let me withdraw my money. I can't withdraw my 5,034 USDT at all.

Bitfinex are Steeling money, don't ever use them. I had 1750 usd in my account, but suddenly they where gone. They could recover them again, but it will Cost me 500 usd. Why ? They Are scaming people, be very carefull.

Using bitfinex since years, never had one single problem. Cannot understand why here are so many bad reviews. If an exchange ist trustworthy and does that was it is made for, there is nothing to complain.
