We had the system for 12 months and had made it clear to the person selling the programme over the phone that we would try it for 12 months then after not gaining 1 contract from the out of date information on it we stopped payments only to realise that they had auto renewed it😳 we had explained we were a small business and would review after a year but didn’t have any contact or warning of the renewal until it had been done.
I contacted them and they offered us a termination fee after only going over 2 weeks of £916.67 + vat I offered them a month even though I felt they brought this on by not contacting us but they said they didn’t offer monthly? Since then I’ve read customers who have had a month?
I have now read many companies accounts of Bips unfair ransom tactic that has been going on for years and feel it should be made illegal if not already (I’m looking into this) I hope they can see how crippling this can be to a small company taking out Bips product which we eventually never needed and never secured any work from.
We are in contact so hopefully they will offer us a smaller termination fee that we were forced into due to no contact as asked for after 12 months???

I'm a single handed independent owner Vet in Manchester. I've applied to be an adviser to the Competitions and Markets Authority (cma.gov.uk) investigation of vet services for domestic pets following now dominance buyout by six corporate chains. The CMA directed me to Delta eSourcing for submission of their enormous 57-page application form. I've experienced efficient, patient, professional assistance from Delta's Helpdesk in the person of Charlie Andrews - couldn't have been more understanding of my one-off situation and IT ability!
As a consumer advocate, I feel compelled to share my experience with Supply2Gov (administered by BIP Solutions) and their problematic subscription model. After thorough examination, I have significant concerns about their business practices.
Purchasing "1 month's access" to the site automatically enrols users into a monthly subscription. These terms are buried within lengthy conditions on a separate page of their website, and they provide no renewal notification. Such practices would be illegal in a B2C context and are decidedly unethical in a B2B environment.
Supply2Gov operates in an evolving area of UK law regarding small business protections. Their bullish and obtuse attitude towards their practices and customer service is particularly troubling. Whilst they offered a partial refund when I highlighted the flaws in their business model, the interaction left a distinctly negative impression.
I strongly advise other businesses to exercise caution when dealing with Supply2Gov. Their lack of transparency and questionable ethical standards make them a risky partner for any organisation valuing clear communication and fair business practices. BIP Solutions would do well to re-evaluate their conduct in this arm of their business as it is clearly damaging to their reputation.

As a buyer I implemented Delta three years ago and have used it for tender and contract management since. The Delta portal is easy to use and message centre provides an effective and secure way to interact with bidders. BipSolution values customers greatly and keeps us informed with the progress of the new Procurement Act. My account managers, Kevin and Fraser are always responsive and approachable, and it has been pleasure working with them.

As a buyer I have used Delta for many many years and across multiple organisations. They have always been very helpful if I have any issues and these have always been speedily resolved.
I have used other platforms as well, however have found these to be less intuitive, and would recommend Delta to anyone.
As with any system nothing is 100% perfect and there are tweaks that I would like to make.
The staff are very friendly and have built a good working relationship with them over the years

As a consultant, we use the system differently to many BiP customers and after initial design and set up, Delta have always tried to accommodate our changing needs.
