My experience with Tracker Intelligence has been extremely disappointing.

I signed up to their platform but, due to an unexpected shortage of staff, we were unable to make use of it beyond the first week. Despite explaining this situation openly and honestly, and despite the fact they can see from their own system that we only logged in at the very start, I have been met with no understanding or flexibility.

Instead, their only response has been to point to the contract and threaten me with legal action unless I pay the full £5,100. There has been no willingness to find a fair solution, only pressure tactics.

For me, this is a crazy way to do business – prioritising short-term money over long-term relationships or reputation. Businesses face unforeseen challenges all the time, and I would have expected more understanding from a company that claims to support other organisations.

I would advise anyone considering their services to think very carefully before signing anything, as in my experience there has been zero flexibility, zero customer care, and an aggressive approach to enforcing payment regardless of circumstances.

Terrible customer service. Requested cancellation after unauthorised auto-renewal of contract and their own incorrect information and details provided to me and they immediately switched to threatening tones and aggressive emails.
