Where to start? I'm a newbie with watches and I wanted to treat myself for the longest time but wasn't sure where to go and I ended up at Medusa since it's a trusted place by locals near where I live and a few friends got their watches there. Long story short, from the moment I entered the place to the end, it felt good. I don't look anything like someone who would buy a half year salary watch but they treated me like a king and the best is not only they took the time to go over a few brands with me, I got to try a few and I ended paying less than I was ready to because they showed me models that are timeless classics without breaking the bank and the best part is I also got a cheaper nice looking as a spare or to go places I wouldn't wear my main watch. Going to a high-end place can feel intimidating and this is probably why I never bought a high-end watch, but this place know how to deal with this for sure!

I bought a ring advertised as 10.17 grams of 10k gold with 1 carat of diamonds. product came to me and weighed only 6.4 grams i bought a common size 8.5 and the product came with no certificate of authenticity upon trying to speak to customer service they told me i would have to request it another jeweller advised me to return the product immediately. Due to fraudulent advertising and not receiving what was promised honesty is a big part of doing business beware. I am disputing with the credit card company the fraudulent claim and if customer service refuses to take the ring back I will be filing a police report and contacting the better business bureau. I am.deeply saddened on disability and im a wheel chair so mobility is an issue i cant shop in store I was attempting to get engaged please dont fall victim. I bought sqaure d5 diamond mens ring i also ought d2 womens flower ring also not the wieght as advertised missing over half a gram of gold. I will keep everyone posted on the outcome.

This place is a joke there jewelry is junk period. There service sucks they never call you back nor reply to your messages. Just take a look at there black Friday sale its a total joke..offering chains that only weight 5 to 10 grams..with the offer if you purchase one chain that the next chain is free..NATHAN works at medusa so called the guy that answers your questions on whatsapp...very ignorant and absolutely no mannerisms..stay away this place is a nightmare and good luck with there website very disorganized..don't take my word look at other reviews and see what other people have posted about there website. All reviews that say something good are just repeated reviews not from actual people that have purchased from medusa jewelry. HAZARDOUS STAY AWAY RIP OFF ...
