Great quality products - comms could be better though

We bought the Hunter dog coat sadly I chose the wrong size. This was replaced without question but took some weeks to resolve. Communications from big dog world could have better and more frequent. I felt I had to chase them but the new product arrived and we are delighted with it.

Our growing St Bernard needed a new…

Our growing St Bernard needed a new collar. Arived quickly and is great quality. We are really pleased and may order another one when other colours are in stock (only had Pink and are St Bernard is a boy, not that he cares)

Big softies

I have ordered lots of sort toys for my golden retrievers they have lasted a good 2 years. They wash great too. After a couple of years they have managed to make a hole in some of them so I took the stuffing out and play ragging with them they love it. Excellent product great price.

Never a problem with Big Dog World

Never a problem with Big Dog World, turnaround from order to delivery is normally within 48 -72hrs.

Food products especially their own branding is excellent quality.

We have used for years and will continue to do so and recommend to all.
