Very happy with our windows and sliding doors from Bifold Door factory. They worked closely with us to navigate some tricky details and custom finishes, dealt with a couple of accidental breakages with no fuss, and turned up when they said they would. The fitting teams were great, and the silicone work in particular and attention to finish is excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone.

No only do they offer a great product, I have to commend and thank Harj, Sam and Deepak for the fantastic support throughout. Despite an unforeseen delay from a supplier, Bi-Fold Door Factory quickly provided an interim solution/workaround - which was greatly appreciated.

Jelly and Vitali were the fitters for a set of bi fold doors and a window.

Jelly called the day before installation, to confirm booking and the time they would arrive on site.

On the morning of the installation Jelly called when they were an hour away.

On arrival Jelly ran through the process and what they would be doing.

Jelly and Vitali both worked methodically and to a high standard. Kept the site clean at all times.

Jelly demonstrated the door and window mechanisms which was welcomed.

The end results are great. Jelly has a keen eye to attention to detail with a real dedication and good work ethic.

Lovely quality windows and doors. We are very happy with the end product. There was definitely the issue with lead times, but no doubt most businesses in the industry are experiencing the same issues. Our installers, Jelly and his team, were efficient and showed great pride in their work. We felt lucky to have them.

We used the Bi-Fold Door Factory on our project in 2022, after using them several years ago and being very happy with their service. The team were great, there were challenges with lead times, as per the global issue, however the date we were given after we placed the order was held. There were some challenges on the install as our builders had built for bi-fold doors and not sliding doors which have a much wider frame. This could have created major headache, but the install team (Constantine who is a star) kept very cool and patient, until the builders had cut off the necessary plaster/ concrete to fit the doors. We were very grateful for their calmness during this storm as was quite stressful. We love the doors and the windows, they look great, exactly what we had hoped for..

The whole experience dealing with yhe Bifold Door Factory was excellent very competive price, was worried about paying 90% up front to a company that we didn't know, especially whenvit was for 2 jobs, they were good survey was swift and the doors installed within the quoted timescale. The fiters Cosy and John where excellent too, done a top job fitting them.

Just had my Schuco bifold doors installed and so far I am absolutely thrilled. This is the first time I have taken on a project like this and with them being more expensive than other more budget friendly brands, I was a little nervous at the start having to part with most of the cost prior to installation and not having any working history with the company. Once the surveyor had made his initial site visit he made me feel much more confident, thanks must go to Dhillon for this. The overall timescale was what I was told right from the start. The surveyor and installers called to let me know they were on their way and arrived at the expected time. On installation both Jelly and Vitali had great attention to detail and kept their work environment clean and tidy and all rubbish was taken away by them. I have yet to remove any of the protective film or indeed clean the windows, as it was suggested I left this until the plasters and other finishing/dirty work was completed and I was even left with some silicon to apply when it was the right time to do so with my project. Great to hear these kind of suggestions - so I didn't just rip off the covering to see them in all their glory, but looking forward to that day. Jelly also explained that the door would feel a little tight to start with until the gasket softened with use as it was all new. Although it is not rocket science, Jelly took his time to show me how to use the doors correctly.
On my experience so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Schuco product and the Bi-fold door factory as a company. I hope to feel even more elated once the protective tape is removed.

We had our Bifolding doors fitted on 19/1/22.  We could not have asked for better Fitters for the job. 

Constantin had great confidence in what he was doing and this showed in the end product.  He showed us both in great detail in how to open and close the doors correctly and made sure we understood his instructions on how to use them.

I'm sure it was quite a long day for both of them as we live in Cambridgeshire, but they were fantastic - ten out of ten to you, all day long.

Just had 2 sets of doors and windows installed by Jelly and his team. Their work was very impressive and quick. Jelly and team paid a great deal of attention to the detail and specific requirements for our installation. Very pleased with the results.

Our builder employed this company to provide and install our bi folding doors.

The quality of finish was excellent and frames and glass were fitted to time and Jelly worked with my builders to ensure the fit was exactly as we wanted. The attention to detail was amazing and Jelly has very high standards and expectations. He even suggested some ideas to improve the look and explained these to the builders.

The closing and locking mechanisms needed no adjustments and are laser like smooth. Jelly also took a large amount of time to explain how to operate the doors and in particular what not to do, which was much appreciated.

Jelly stayed on site until the highest standards were met on finishing and working beyond my expectations. We are so pleased with the doors and can say this pleasing element has arisen due to Jelly’s excellent skill, precision and dedication to excellent customer experience. He also kept an extremely clean work space and ensured all rubbish was taken away. He worked really well with his colleague Vitali.

Our experience with Bifold Door Factory could not have been more positive. We are completely thrilled with our Schüco bifolds (with crittal bars), and the entire process was made easy with excellent and prompt communication, expert site visit and installation and excellent value for money. The doors have totally rejuvenated the back of our house. We’ve had three doors installed by Bifold Door Factory over the last 2 years, the most recent last Friday. Two are Schuco and one Cortizo. All three experiences, from quotation, through survey and installation have been very professional. On time, on spec, fitted meticulously, polite and tidy.

I’ve had our sliding doors for 3 years and yesterday I contacted dean at bifold factory as I felt a slight draft coming. Literally next day he sent lovely chap called konstantine who fitted some brackets and then went ahead and cleaned/washed and then lubricated the rails. For me it’s always the after service which shows how a company treats is customers and I have to say this was 5 star. Thanks!
