I had a very disappointing experience with Betway’s customer support. I placed a football accumulator where every selection won except one – Lionel Messi to have 1+ shot on target.

After the match, I tried to explain that the full match statistics showed Messi recorded a shot on target, but the agents repeatedly told me he had 0 shots on target without properly addressing the point I was making. Instead of explaining the difference between regular time and the full match statistics, I was given generic responses and eventually the chat was ended.

What also disappointed me was that my review of the bet didn’t really address the issue I had raised. I wasn’t simply saying “my bet should have won”—I was asking for clarification because every other leg of my accumulator had won, and this was the only selection that lost. Rather than properly discussing my concern, I felt like my questions were dismissed.

I’m not leaving this review because I lost a bet. Losing is part of betting. I’m leaving it because I expected clearer market information, a proper explanation of the settlement, and customer service that actually listened instead of sending standard replies. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns genuinely addressed.

They decided to lock my account after I made a deposit and asked for verification documents.
After submitting these documents the account remains locked and each time I asked for an update they moved the goalposts asking me to wait 24,48,72 hours.(Now been almost a week)
In effect they stole my deposit and are disallowing me from retrieving it.
Cannot recommend this site, stay away if you value your funds.

Opened an account with a £40 pounds free bet offers. My initial 10 pound bet lost and then they sent me an email that I would not be eligible for the free bets..Stay clear of this company they con you.

After withdrawing total of 1600£ from Site they changed deposit options to express deposit. I never asked for it and why changed it it never was mentioned. This behaviour of gambling site is really only way to call it is preditor. I hope this site gets sued. Live support. No comment on that nearly each day waiting time between 30mins to 2h... most of time I don't wait for them and nearly impossible to reach them.... I hope this can improve their predatory ways of not refunding money then game has vague rules without clear explanation scammers ...

Good day I’ve just place 2 bets on Spain vs Belgium. First bet is Spain wining first half, second bet is Spain winning 2-1. Spain have won the game 2-1 and I haven’t received any payouts. So I had a review which I edited after betway reached out and made me aware that the reason I didnt qualify for the promotion of free bet credits was that my bet was not single. It had multiple legs.

I put another bet on which was a single bet.

After the bet settled, still no bet credits.

I belive the others now when they talk about how this company will close accounts randomly and steal from unsuspecting people.

Don't give them any of your money, there is a reason why the ratings are so poor. This outfit should be shut down. They should not be operating in the UK.

Still not paying my withdrawal of £600.06 after 6 weeks, despite my documents been approved.

I have been unable to log into my account its a joke. The emails are either bouncing back, or an automated reply. Changed my password etc etc read the help pages, a complete waste of time. How have they got customers, zero support and total blankety blank attitude.

I deposited funds then account was locked. It took over a week to get through to someone who informed me verification was required however I was not told this. It then took 3 attempts to gain access to my account. I am now trying to withdraw my funds and after over 8 days I still cannot withdraw. I have been told verification is needed AGAIN! They recently moved domain to comply with their licensing requirements in Ireland. Then clearly forgot to migrate the player data and history. Now players have No promotions,inaccurate game history, no loyalty scheme, no customer support and clearly no interest in retaining customers or responding to emails or chats.

Also, whilst trying out Blackjack, it disconnected me in the middle of a bet. The moment I placed my bet, it kicked me out and I never got to see my hand or anything and I assume I lost since they took the bet. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Betway was so terrible I went out of my way to write this review.
