Over £2000 deposited playing £1-£2 stakes my total returns was zero im not joking either ZERO I will never play here again I was also not given the correct rewards so be very careful people stay away from the casino its a bad apple.

I saw my multibet that had won officially but got recorded as a loss. When I used the live chat to resolve this, no agent was present for an extremely long period up to now. Betway is frustrating with its poor customer service support.

I am only a small stake punter; yet Betway do their utmost to ruin any betting experience.
Today I tried to place several bets on the Rocket Classic PGA golf only to be told that my stake of £5 was "too high".
I reduced this several times until, at £1, the message remained the same.
Absolutely garbage outfit.
Why anyone bets with them is beyond me!

When you withdraw latley it takes hours, and I mean hours. It's 2026 most firms now its instant.

Beware of this website. They're scammers. I made withdrawal request 4 days ago and it's just stuck on pending. I tried to reach support via email multiple times and uploaded my documents - no one ever replied back. Their live support is impossible to reach via chat, you're gonna wait for hours and nobody ever appear. Just lost a lot of money here. be careful and don't waste your money

After my last review, I've still not had a reply. This is absolutely ridiculous!
They are not responding to any of my emails nothing. They still owe me over £600 since the 9th July. So if you want fast withdrawals and great customer service I would 100% avoid this site. If there was a 0 star rating, I would have put that.

Without doubt , the worst betting app for paying out when you win. It takes forever. I have decided when they pay me out on this bet.I am never going to use this app again. Everyone else pays out within minutes. It is over eightt hours , and I still haven't been paid out. Yet , I wanted to put another bet on, they took it straight out of my current account. Skanks!!!!

I am writing this review with dissatisfaction as a Betway Account holder.

I have been trying to get a hold of customer care multiple times since 8 O'clock this morning, however the main line is not going through & there is no one responding on the Chats.

At around 8 O'clock today 27/07/2026, I was placing my bets on my Betway account & noticed my account has been compromised, someone else has access to my account without my permission & have made an Unauthorized Withdrawal request of R750, Via Standard Bank Instant, at the very same moment this request was made I had tried multiple times to get a hold of you with no success as I was trying to reverse this request however it would not allow me to reverse it, I have not made made this request, neither do I even request a withdrawal through Instant.

This request was made at approximately 8:04am this Morning 27/07/2026 and was processed at approximately 8:36am today 27/07/2026, and during the time of processing I was trying to get a hold of you via chat & the main line, which was not going through, I had contacted my bank and was told this IM Voucher Withdrawal was withdrew within 2 minutes of it being processed & was processed using Flash Device, if I had been able to get a hold of customer care in time I would have been able to reverse this request, now my money is gone & what frustrates me is that this happened while I was logged in the Account because I was placing bets and noticed all of a sudden R750 was withdrawn from my account & was left with R49, even that R49 was also used , if I was able to get through early none of this would hv happened, even now im still trying to get through, still no luck getting through, this has caused me significant emotional & financial distress, I am now skeptical in depositing a voucher on the account as I am unsure what will happen, even though I changed the password instantly after the incident still I am scared as no one has advised me of anything from betway customer care or looked into this. I want to report this as fraud but still no one is responding or I cannot get through, This has caused me stress & anxiety, due to lack of communication & this fraud that happened

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Betway. I have been a customer using their platform, and I never expected to have my account closed indefinitely while also being told that my funds could be kept by the company.

Betway informed me that a “management decision” was made to permanently close my account and that the decision could not be overturned. When I asked for clarification and a fair review, I was only referred to their Terms and Conditions, specifically Term 7, without a clear explanation of what exact issue they believe applies to my situation.

There was approximately $2,700 in my account, made up of legitimate funds, including my own deposits and winnings from bets placed on their platform. I understand that companies have policies and the right to manage their accounts, but closing an account should not mean a customer automatically loses access to legitimate money without a clear explanation and proper process.

What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and customer support. Instead of providing a detailed reason, account history review, or a clear path to resolve the issue, I was simply told that nothing could be done and that my funds may be retained.

I believe customers deserve better communication, fairness, and accountability. If a company decides to close an account, they should still clearly explain the reason, provide a breakdown of any withheld funds, and offer a proper dispute process.

My experience with Betway has been extremely disappointing. Losing access to an account is one thing, but being told that approximately $2,700 can be kept without a satisfactory explanation is another. I hope Betway improves the way it handles situations like this because customers deserve to be treated fairly and with respect.
