I won $450 in cash off of $375 in free plays. They are saying that because I also received a $10 bonus, my max cashout is set at 5X ($50) and that the remaining $400 will be forfeited.

I signed up with BetUS and deposited $500 USD with no promotions or bonuses, just to play live roulette. I like to play slow and methodical. My style is to watch the wheel, observe patterns, track stats, and place a wager only when I feel confident.

After watching 3–4 spins at a live roulette table, I was suddenly kicked out with a message saying my session expired due to inactivity and that I needed to place a bet to continue. I thought it was odd but assumed it might be an issue with that table, so I moved to another live roulette wheel.

Same thing happened again.

At that point I figured maybe it was just the “live tables” (which honestly don’t even look that live), so I tried the video roulette tables instead. Exact same result: after 3–4 spins with no bet placed, I was booted for inactivity.

That’s when it really hit me — this casino forces you to bet every few rolls just to stay at the table. I’ve never experienced this kind of pressure in a real casino, or even most online casinos. This just isn’t how I play.

I contacted the VIP Casino Account Manager via chat and asked why I was being timed out for simply watching. Their response was that this is how their system is programmed and there is no way to change it.

At that point, I completely lost interest. I asked to withdraw my $500 deposit since I had no intention of gambling under pressure. I was then told I had to either:

Wait 72 hours before withdrawals are allowed, or

Go through a chargeback process that could take up to 20 days

Funny how it took 1–2 minutes to sign up and deposit, but days or weeks to get your money back.

If you’re someone who likes to take your time, observe, and play strategically, this is not the casino for you. BetUS clearly uses high-pressure tactics to push players into constant betting.

Total waste of my time. I hope my withdrawal goes smoothly after the 72 hours — at least it gives me time to leave this review.

BetUS is a bad bet in my opinion.

Zero if I could, I have verified with them in past. Then now after that won and played through rollover on a chip I got for free. Now I have deposited much money in this account through a card yes but they never asked about that prior when I just had to verify to get my money back out but now all of a sudden they wanted the cards I used which one of them was compromised I didn't have no more. They needed those cards to be sure that you know to cash out. I stated but I've already verified they did not care I needed both cards not just the most recent one even though I did not use it to win this money. This was provided on a free chip mind you. I had such a hassle with it I will never use them again ever. They can keep it there's a peasley little 80 dep bucks anyways. It's just sad that every other place I've used can you instant turn around except for junk casinos like this. Then since I didn't have the cards they wanted me to send in my bank statements I don't think so. They wanted the account numbers no again no. Ignition and bovada are so much better.

I find that Betus has tilted the game 100% in their favor. Their limits on certain bets are a joke, the rollover multiples is absurd, and getting your money away from them is quite a task. I would very strongly doubt if any serious bettors would use Betus. Those that a enamored with Betus are delusional.

Enjoy the versatility of their book. Lots of options for people who enjoy pretty much everything.

Cashing out is extremely difficult compared to other betting sites.
Bonus have roll overs that are are rigged so they never have to pay out.
Why not have an essy system like PayPal so customers so players can collect instantly instead of making them but Bitcoin that they have to sell just to get their money..

I've been betting almost daily on this site exclusively for over two years so I really have no other apps to compare this to. That being said, their customer service is awesome! I highly suggest that prior to signing up you call and ask for a account manager to go over the rules regarding the rollovers. Most complaints that I see on here are related to people being confused about their rollovers. Unless you meet the amount required in the rollover you can't receive a payout, so know what that number is before accepting one of their deals.

Other than that I've heard complaints about how when you call they ask for your password over the phone. There are two ways around this. First request a pin when calling customer service. I'm not certain that this prevents the customer service representative from seeing your password, but it seems more secure. Second, add two step authentication. Perferably to your email if possible in case you loose your phone. I lost me phone that was linked to the 2-step authentication and it was kind of a hasstle to have them remove it.

I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family. I'd also advise that you don't accept any of their deals until you fully understand how the free play money can be used and how the rollover works. Some bets don't apply towards rollover like live betting and futures (e.g. betting on a team to win the superbowl).

I've only used the app for betting on sports. I have never used their casino, therefore I have no opinion on that.
