Absolute scam. Winning here is the furthest thing from reality. I've watched a hundred winless spins go by on dozens of occasions. Lost every time I've ever made a deposit. Miraculously saw wins of significance only when up against a 35x playthrough that has collected every nickel before cashing out is an option. Every one of these crypto casinos is the exact same they are thieves that offer no games of chance. They claim RTPs in the high ninety percent ranges but those are ridiculous lies and are based on billions of simulated plays that would never be paid for in centuries of actual plays at these host platforms. BetPlay is nothing but a scam operation hiding behind fake terms and zero accountability. They blocked my account without warning and stole my money, inventing false accusations of "multi-accounting" – which is completely fabricated.
I never violated any terms. I had one single account, played fairly, and followed all rules. When they froze my account and seized my funds, I immediately contacted them, offered full identity verification, and asked for clear evidence of their accusations. They never responded.
They completely ignored multiple emails, including a formal legal demand sent after consulting a lawyer. Their silence is deliberate – they know exactly what they’re doing. They operate without a proper license, breaking gambling and consumer laws, and stealing from customers who have no way to get justice unless they take legal action.
This is not a legitimate casino. It's a trap. You deposit, you win, they find an excuse to lock you out and keep your money. Then they ghost you.
I’ve already initiated legal proceedings, reported them to authorities, and will pursue debt collection with maximum penalties. I will not stop until this criminal behavior is exposed everywhere.
Do NOT deposit a single cent on BetPlay. They are thieves in disguise.

I advise against playing on the site. They blocked the account and the balance above $2,500 in the account. I made many deposits to the account, several withdrawals, but I am still in the red. Today I tried to withdraw some funds after several wins and the account was blocked, without the possibility of even returning the deposit. False Multiple Accounts Ban
I have strictly adhered to their Terms, and yet after attempting a withdrawal of winnings solely from one of their original Betplay-provided games they've falsely accused me of having multiple accounts therefore forfeiting all funds in the account.
