I deposited a small sum of money with Bet365 after opening my account. I attempted to place my first bet... they immediately closed my account and told me, via email, I cannot utilise their services.

I had a glitch that set my daily limit to 4 hours a day and no one could help me I was on customer service every day 5 times a day trying to get help , worst part I would be in the middle of a bonus round finally and it would put a reminder to scree the game up and then 2 times it just stopped working and nothing was credited to me I lost thousands because of this I only won a handful of times its like they do it on purpose... Oh then they gave me a phyc evaluation by a unlicensed person for phycological assistance when all I said was the word negative!! Bad word I guess it's almost fraudulent.

Brutal experience. Opened account, made a deposit, clicked on game selection, webpage froze. Contacted customer support, they had me reset password as I could not log in with my password even though just created account. Once reset login , nothing worked and was frozen, back and forth , for an hour , clear cookies etc, all useless, ..... had to give up and ask to withdraw my money back. Customer service said it would be sent within an hour, but after it didn't arrive, had to contact customer desk again , and they said my withdrawal request was flagged for review and it would take 48 hours before I get any reply....Brutal, brutal, brutal, what a terrible experience, spent 3 hours in total time waisted on this sportsbook, STAY AWAY, AVOID A HEADACHE.

Absolutely the worst online casino ever! Most Indian owned casinos make it extremely hard to win not alone break even.for example I deposited $100 on slot, played 40 cent a spin and would you know I never saw a feature,bonus or scatter??? Wtf for every 40 cent I would win 10cent after maybe 10 in between spins. This isn't fair gaming, it's robbery.

If you decide to play here I recommend recording all your gameplays so you have proof of them manipulating the slot rtp which clearly doesn’t exist here. Needs to be investigated and people need to come together to stop this fraud that they are doing. Completely unfair behaviour. They need a lawsuit and I don’t believe they are regulated. Completely bs. Share your experience and hopefully gambling commissions will crack down on this bs. Put a stop to this unfairness .

I deposited money into my account, but shortly after, restrictions were placed on my account, preventing me from withdrawing the money. I contacted customer support and spent the entire day going back and forth with them, trying to resolve the issue and recover my money, but they never provided a solution.
In my opinion, this is nothing less than theft.

This casino is a scam stay away if you value money 250 dollars and they took it all back.if they say the games arent rigged thats bs..everytime you do win they are waiting for you to get back just so they can get those winnings back and then some.

It’s a very good app the one thing I can’t be having is regular messages ie your frequently betting and time spent on said app is above normal..Now that is funny..I can bet as much as I want and spend as much time as I choose doing what I enjoy..The irony is I set a monthly deposit limit because they insisted I do..Their not even my main betting platform probably 3 rd or 4th…

I opened an account and placed a £10 bet in order to get £30 in free bets. The next time I tried to login my account was closed permanently. Online chat agent won’t tell me why. Don’t trust these scammers!

I have NEVER owned a Bet365 account before. To ensure compliance and verify my identity immediately, I provided my official Ontario Driver’s License. Despite having zero issues with my identity, address, or legal eligibility, your automated system blocked my registration, claiming I already had an account.To make matters worse, your support agent "Jake S" sent a completely unhelpful, generic template email stating my account was closed permanently, without providing a single reason or offering any human intervention to investigate the error.As a legally resident in Ontario who provided valid government-issued ID, being treated like a fraudster by an automated bot with zero explanation or resolution is completely unacceptable. If your system cannot differentiate between a new legitimate customer and a duplicate account, and your support team refuses to actually look into it, then your service is broken.I will be taking my business to your competitors who actually value real customers and respect Ontario's gaming regulations. This is hands down the worst onboarding experience I have ever encountered.Disgusted

Be blocked from this site for years & never told the reason why lol I contacted customer service on many occasions absolutely useless , I got the same crap every time ! It a management decision & can’t be reversed still not told a reason give your head a wobble 365

Won a bet - they closed my account and won't transfer my balance - why? because I complained and waited 40 minutes on a chat without response, and because I used their safer gambling tools to block the casino side of their website. Taking legal action Tuesday.

After being with this company for many years they decide to just cancel our accounts as we are married and live together. Appears you can’t have separate accounts at the same address. We need to divorce and live separately- absolute nonsense!!
