I’ve had countless conversations with customer support and exchanged numerous emails, yet they keep telling me that my verification is still “under review.” In my case, I accidentally left out my last name, which means I can’t verify my identity with my official ID documents.

However, they have no problem taking your money or constantly bombarding you with messages telling you to verify your account or it will be closed in three weeks.

Now I’ve also noticed that many other customers report being told that their identity documents are “not valid.” From what I’ve seen, this appears to be a common practice, which only reinforces my impression that this is an absolute scam.

Based on my experience, it feels like a scam designed to take your money and make it difficult—or impossible—to get it back. Stay away!

**Bet365 limits customers who actually understand live betting**

Very disappointing experience with Bet365. We were live betting based on game flow — watching momentum, pace, scoring trends, substitutions, and how the game was actually unfolding. That is supposed to be part of the skill of live sports betting.

Instead of standing behind the live lines they posted, Bet365 limited our accounts. It feels like they are fine taking bets from customers who are just guessing, but once someone shows discipline and understands how to read a game, they shut it down.

What made the experience worse is that family members’ accounts also appeared to be associated with each other, even though each account should be reviewed individually. The lack of transparency around that was frustrating and concerning.

In my opinion, Bet365 does not seem interested in fair action from informed bettors. If you pay attention to game flow and bet strategically, be aware that your account may be limited quickly. Very disappointing and not a sportsbook I would recommend.

Horrible casino. Was given 100 casino credit on a push notification and they took it away. Saying it was a mistake. Don't deposit on here ever

I have tried many online casino, but bet365 is far the worse one. Pure scam. It is blowing my mind how it is even possible to operate. I would never put my money in this scam site. My son played there and out of nowhere they suspended his account with his money and refuse to open even tho he has provided two kinds of identification, drivers licence and national identification. Now they want passport witch he does not have and would cost him 200usd to get and he does not need it. So f*** bet365 it is scaming criminal organisation so please DONT REGISTER STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
