Do not trust bet365. They send misleading, exclusive push notifications directly to your phone. Frankly, it feels intentionally designed to trick people into logging into their app.

​The Bait: They sent an exclusive push notification directly to my phone advertising a $100 bonus.
​The Switch: The exact second I logged into the app to claim the offer, it was completely gone.
​The Response: When I contacted customer support, they admitted it was sent to me by "mistake"—and then offered absolutely nothing to make it right. No goodwill credit, no substitute promo, nothing. They just hid behind their terms of service.
​Zero Accountability:
Sending targeted notifications to lure users into opening the app, only to pull a "my bad" and offer zero resolution, is pathetic. I was actually about to deposit funds, place a sports bet, and play some casino games. Then I realized what they had just done. Instead of giving them a dime, I logged into DraftKings and spent my money there instead. I wasn't even planning on gambling until bet365 sent that notification—which is why this feels so calculated.

Skip the automated bot reply telling me to visit your "Help Center." Have a real management representative look into my account history and reach out directly to handle this professionally.

Everything was great for month's. Then yesterday my account was completely changed. Can't put any parlay bets together. Only allowed to bet one game at a time. I changed nothing. Contacted Bet365 customer service online. Told me I need to verify. Told them,that was done month's ago. No help,no answers,no change with my issues. I've been a loyal bet365 customer for years, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating.
For months I've been dealing with ongoing technical issues, including slots freezing or hesitating during spins, the app taking a long time to load, and other performance problems. I've contacted customer support multiple times, cleared my cache, reinstalled the app, tried different internet connections, and followed every troubleshooting step they suggested. Despite all of that, the problems continue.
Support has been polite, but I keep receiving the same generic responses saying the issue has been passed to the technical team. After all this time, I still don't have a real solution or a clear explanation.
In my personal experience, it also hasn't seemed to matter which slot game I play. While there are occasional wins, I feel like it's nearly impossible to come out ahead over time. That's my experience after playing a wide variety of games.
