Told there was ‘a management decision’ to close my account and they are unable to provide a reason.

After 3 days of inactivity, I logged into my account and a message popped up saying I had exceeded 16 hours of usage time... and some malicious trolls and gremlins from the support team blocked my account without the possibility of reactivating it... embarrassing website, I do not recommend it.

Additionally, there is no possibility of terminating the contract, deleting the account and personal data from their database... pathology

Ive used Bet365 for over 10 years. As someone previously mentioned, they used to be the best bookies. Bonuses, fast deposits/withdrawals, nowadays they're awful. Ive stopped receiving bonuses. The customer service stinks, the apps laggy.

I deposited £20 yesterday morning at approx 1030 UK time. My account got restricted for some reason. Missed the entire opening day of tbe season. Woke up this morning, still restricted, cant even withdraw the money to elsewhere and im very strict with how muxh i deposit. Money taken ransom with no explanation and no time frame of when it'll be sorted. Also, customer service just C+P the same bulls***.

I've been their customer for 12 years, I was losing 10 years ( probably 1000 per year), but when I got much familiar with the game of tennis and football and started to win (which was very difficult, I mainly bet live bets which I watch), they contacted me to know if I need help from their gambling responsibility team. I've just started to win and they asked me if I have gambling problem. I was +5000 for the year, they started to interrupt my sessions, change the bets ( basketball lines, also accepted line movements without my permission). I started to receive messages like " we have noticed that you have lost money", but I was actually winning and during the last 3 months I was +5000. 10 years they didn't notice that I lose ( they removed my bonuses during this years, because I used them a lot, I don't have any bonuses or 2 goals ahead bonus, but its their decision, I don't complain about this).
Here is why I write this.!!!!!
When I started to win after 10 years of play, suddenly they decided that I might have gambling problem. Why? May be, because I don't play the casino....may be because I was winning ....
When you start to win they will ban you. Better to move to another website where they will not limit and log out/ interrupt player's sessions.
Can they explain why sending messages "we have noticed". What they have noticed... they just try to annoy the players who win....They tried to kick me out with changing odds and stakes. Then tell me that I have gambling problem. I continued to use the website although I was limited to 10 pounds bets for premier league games....this was not enough for them- they asked for documents , they started to treat me like a criminal.....For them if you win - you have gambling problem and treat you like criminal. If you spend your hardly earned money playing casino and cant pay your rent, you are good customer, only losers are welcome. How is this a bookmaker.... cant afford to keep a customer who wins 5000 with so much effort. Unfortunately, the government allows them to treat people like this, many people lose money they ban winners and profit billions with unfair game

But I asked for my account to be reinstated after a layoff of gambling, asked me 2 questions did I have a sufficient break and were my limits ok, said yes to both. I asked for live betting to be disabled because this is an option with other sportsbooks simply because I just dont want to do any live betting. He said its not possible to disable as it's connected to the sports betting. I said sure no problem leave it as it is.

They then refused to open up my sports betting section because they decided to take it upon themselves to diagnose my gambling, as if they are trained psychologists. And would not reverse the decision, nobody asked me or even attempted to contact me they just abuse their power where they see fit and decided this was in my best interest like they were doing me a favour.

Yet my casino my section which was on a layoff and I did not want reinstated they kept repeating if I wished to open they would do so. Insanely hypocritical and just a bunch of clowns working there.

I was with them for 15-20 years, no big wins no big losses just said I wish live betting to be disabled and they went ahead and shut it all down
