Very Good

The tutor was extremely knowledgeable and managed to cram a discussion of the main points into 1.5 days.
It would have helped to have an indication of the recommended time required for the pre-reading and clarity on use of the documents as although cleverly organised (white and black binders) it was not initially obvious how they worked together for the separate Exam scenario, questions and answers.

Thank you for the feedback. We tried hard as you say to work out how to present the materials without cluttering the desk and have found the white and black binders to work well. However we agree that the information provided which explains our expectations for pre-course work could be made clearer and this should explain how the two manuals are used in tandem. We have added this to our issues and change register for the course (yes, we do follow best practice ourselves!) and improved information will be sent out for future courses.

Thanks again,

The Best Practice Training team.

PRINCE2 and ITIL

I have completed two courses with best practice and I found the office staff very accommodating, the venue is modern, light and airy and within walking distance of train station. The lecturers that I had for both courses were very knowledgeable and approachable. The class numbers were a good size too so you were not always competing with others to ask questions!

Excellent Structure and Instructor

Studied what could have been a very dry ITIL Foundation course, but due to the instructors teaching style this was a very accessible course, made easy to understand, and engaging.

ITIL Foundation

Our trainer David was both engaging and knowledgeable.
The information I have learnt (and will continue to learn) from the course will benefit me greatly in my role as a Problem Manager.

Well conducted training tailored to the pace of the audience

A well-conducted training course (on AgilePM) delivered by an experience practitioner/consultant/trainer, with a healthy balance of training the subject, bringing in example cases, exploring it against the context of the (single-company) audience, and coaching exam technique for the included exams.

Compressed, rich and interesting course

Given the experience of two days of jam-packed discussion and review of the ITIL Practitioners course, I can easily recommend the tutor and the material - even though I'd have preferred an extra day or at least the study book beforehand. Not knowing it was available for purchase separately (although that extra expense isn't sought), having that to read through rather than just the scenario, may have compensated for an extra day of study.
Of course, extending the length of the course incurs costs which would likely push the course further up the scale than I'd like.

Good course, great trainer.

The course was good and I feel that it provided all the information that I needed to undertake the exams. I was very happy with our Trainer Brad, I feel that his approach to teaching the material helped me to understand PRINCE2. He was able to provide real-world examples of scenarios and processes from experience which I found very useful.

Excellent introduction to Prince2

A really well organised training programme. Course materials are excellent. I was very impressed with the facilitator, who was extremely knowledgeable and used engaging training techniques to build up and connect the principles, themes and processes. No reservations whatsoever!

Convenient location and professional service

I was on a 2 day course in Eastleigh and it was easy to find, learn and develop with Best Practice.

The trainers were extremely professional and catered for the groups needs.

Flexibility is also a strong point as I can return to the location to compete my exam even though it's an online based one.

Recommend to anyone who wants to train locally with a good professional outfit.
