I don’t have my orden, they delivery but I don’t see it

Would give zero if I could. These pants are toxic; All the color transferred under my nails and doesn’t go away just because I touched them. Not to mention my legs which are all stained. I tried to wash them once and the situation hasn’t changed. But still it is not admissible to sell pants which stain.

Upon my visit to Bershka, Gran Via, Madrid I received rude behaviour from a member of checkout staff. We needed some assistance with reclaiming tax following the purchase, however the staff member, in a hurry clearly, waited for the card transaction to complete and actually ran off, telling us to come back tomorrow, which we couldn't do as we were leaving the country. Completely unexpected, unprofessional and opportunistic. I felt robbed and embarrassed in front of my family who were equally shocked. I would not have proceeded with the purchase had I know this would be the outcome. My advice to Bershka is to consider properly training staff to meet minimal customer service standards.

The delivery service was fast after the warehouse shipped my order. But during preparation it took a week to be shipped, but it’s okay because they email me that it came from other country to PH. Overall, good experience and will order again soon.

I ordered it, because I wanted to bring it on vacation. And according to Bershka's website it would come 2 days before I would leave. But the package came even 2 days after I left instead. That's 4 days later than it should have come.

Never going into Bershka again.Purchased a t shirt was to small exchange it for a a fine sweatshirt type jumper so there was £3 more to pay took jumper back as was to big Manager at Bershka Trafford centre said only getting £3 back as that is the extra £3 you paid I explained that is wrong as I exchanged a t shirt as part payment for the jumper then paid £3 extra as receipt states but the jumper is to big so a full refund not just the extra £3 deficit payment all customers who herd the conversion agreed with me but he wouldn't have it refused to pay full refund..Bershka has taken my money ..The manager long shoulder length hair big black glass not fit to be In a managerial position he doesn't even understand UK trading law ...

The light blue top came with a broken zipper. I would love it replaced please

Hello. My order number is 40294442753. I received my order today, but unfortunately one pair of the trousers has a hole in it. This item arrived damaged.

I returned two items directly to the store over 2 months ago, and I am still waiting for a refund.

I have my address with Bershka and I choose for the package to be delivered to my house and I live in Leuven city centre. Instead, the package was delivered to a Bpost in Heverlee in a place I have never ever been to. It wasn’t easy to find the Bpost. This is very inconvenient tbh!

It took 19 days for me to be notified something I had ordered was out of stock.
