fast delivery

fast delivery, I was supposed to receive my order on the 23rd july but I received it today (21st july).
the shirt is good quality too, I can't wait to wear it

Would have been 5 stars but I ll rate 4 stars only because, I Would need to return 50% of my order due to them running very small. This is my first time shopping and an L T-shirt couldn’t pass my burst area. That aside I think the quality is great and I can understand the size rhythm and adjust my purchase next time.

Terrible customer service service

Terrible customer service service. Be careful
I placed an order on the 4th of July and never received it. I contacted customer service and they keep saying that the matter has been escalated. They do not want to issue a refund.
I would not recommend placing orders with BERSHKA as if something goes wrong then getting a refund is proving impossible.

Bershka

Bershka has nice clothes, but the staff aren't friendly. They only speak English and aren't very helpful. Otherwise, it's a nice store with good prices.

Your store executive Harsh in Delhi has no manner to talk

Your store executive Harsh in Delhi, Pacific Mall store has no way to talk to customer. He misplaced the parcel and made me wait for 45 minutes saying he has lost the parcel, and then disappeared out of nowhere. 50 minutes later a lady came and asked me for the code again and then said, the order is here only. I had such a bad experience where there is no way to talk to customer and respect for customer time.

No Help, No Reply, No Solution

I am very disappointed with Bershka customer service. I have contacted support multiple times regarding my issue but have received no response at all. I am simply trying to get clarification about the return policy, as the information on the Bershka website does not match what I was told in Bershka Thailand stores. Being completely ignored instead of receiving assistance is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service from an international brand.
