The staff were really friendly and not…
The staff were really friendly and not pushy. Mike greeted us and then said he was available for any questions. We then asked him to explain the mattress experience to help you choose the most suitable mattress for us.
Having done that we then looked at the two that best suited us and went ahead with a purchase.
Mike was most helpful and very knowledgeable.

Your bed has to last so you need to get it right
Buying a new bed can be quite stressful as you can be unsure of what to buy. It takes time trying suggested beds, what you are looking for but the staff were very helpful. Not pushy or rushing to get a decision. We made more than one visit to the store. Hopefully we have made the right choice. Again staff were very good.

It was our second visit to Bensons and…
It was our second visit to Bensons and we weren't disappointed. The customer service person was helpful without being over powering. There was a good selection of mattresses for us to try at various prices and we were able to select a mattress which suited our needs and in our price range. The customer services chap was very helpful and talked us through the purchase and sorted out the delivery date to suit us.
We would highly recommend Bensons to anyone looking for a new mattress
