Great Mattress
Really pleased with our mattress from Bensons for Beds. It’s extremely comfortable and feels very well made and good quality. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous throughout, and the communication regarding delivery was excellent. Everything was well organised, and the delivery process was spot on. Would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Changed delivery date three times?
Having paid for our new mattress, we were told by two separate staff members at the store that delivery would be on the Monday 21.9.26. They explained that we would get a text message two days prior to arrange a convenient time for the delivery.
We have not had a text asking for delivery times. I have had an email confirming delivery for today the 21st. Having spoken to the store over the weekend to inquire what was happening? I was quite bluntly told by the shop assistant that we would not have a delivery on the 21st! At no point did she apologise for this inconvenience on behalf of Bensons, obviously not her fault that the customer service has totally broken down! My wife, who has back issues and was really looking forward to the expected delivery date, as was I, is obviously extremely disappointed, as am I! We were told, over the weekend, that delivery would be the 3.10.26? In reply to my previous email we are now informed that the delivery will be the 13th Oct.
Will someone please own this issue and sort out our delivery, ideally for later today, as originally agreed; before I consider cancelling our order and going to Dreams round the corner.

Good bed and delivery service
Good bed, very friendly delivery men and delivered at the time stated.
I bought my bed base in a sale, it wasn’t the colour I wanted but it was a good price. Annoyingly, I found the bed before delivery at a lower price elsewhere, with a large choice of colours and free delivery.
