Bensons For Beds - Torquay Riviera Way Reviews

Benson for beds Torquay branch, everyone was helpful especially Damien who was very knowledgeable and helped with the whole process. Thanks Damien!

We visited Torquay, just before Christmas, but life got in the way and we didn't get the bed we wanted. We returned in May, George remebered us and sorted us out the the most perfect Tempur mattress and pillows. After a few days of getting used to it we are having the best sleep we have had in decades. George certainly knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff and given as much time as I wanted to choose the bed I wanted.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Great salesman did not push the sale but encouraged us to make our own decisions on the information he gave probably gets more sales that way delivery was very good on time and wll done

Easy process, didn’t feel like we were harassed like we did in other stores. Very knowledgable and friendly. George B served us and was great at his job! Purchased in Feb but haven’t gotten around to reviewing. Took my mum in today to get her a new mattress and was served by the same member of staff who was just as great as before. Would definitely recommend! Mattress is super comfy and I have no complaints.

George at this branch was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly helping with our purchase and never to pushy.
The bed was delivered without any hassle by two lovely gents who respected our property

Fantastic service. Damien was very knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. We had an issue with the mattress we purchased on our end, but the team at Bensons were very helpful and easy to deal with, even though it was no fault of theirs. I would recommend them highly. Great product, great service above and beyond.

Lovely staff, very helpful in getting what we wanted.

Everything was straight forward from ordering to delivery. Kept notified .

When we walked in we were approaches by George and asked if we wanted any help. We explained we were just there to browse. We were left to look around without constantly being asked if we needed help, which we much appreciated.
When we had questions, George was always on hand to help, give advice, and show us samples. Then helped with our final decision. A good experience all round.

Friendly, helpful sales staff.

Delivery service, Paul and Ryan were great

Everything went well, the ordering of my new bed to the delivery . Thank you Bensons .

Store was well presented and we were able to find the area of the store we needed. The store assistant, Jake, greeted us and gave us an overview of what was on offer and left us to look around at our own pace. There were lots of great products and we found the one for us. We were fully supported throughout our visit and would recommend the store/staff if your looking for quality mattresses.

From the understanding sales team with certain medical issues to the highly efficient delivery service, all have been outstanding

Definitely 5 star service from the team at the Torquay branch, I’d like to give special thanks to George but there were two staff called George both amazing and so helpful. I would 100% recommend getting your bed from there, they were so good with our order and the bed is incredible. Big shout out to the delivery team as well, the bed arrived on time with lots of communication and they had to carry it two floors up a big house, first class job. If you need a bed this is the place!

The staff members Garaph and Rob were very friendly. They called and gave me plenty of notice when they were going to bed delivering the bed. As soon as they arrived they offered excellent service. They offered to take off their shoes and they brought the bed in, in no time.
I have never fitted a bed together before, they kindly explained how to put it together.
Very happy with the way they delivered the bed. I am going to build it today!

Good customer service on the day but didn't explain prices of delivery or putting the bed together we only figured that out when we sat in the car after we had ordered it plus didn't explain how they had worked out the discount quite confusing to be fair, the only reason I carried on with the purchase was that Benson beds are quality as I had Benson beds for many years and definitely would recommend, the people who delivered it etc were as always exceptional,

From purchase to delivery and having the bed built by the expert team, I have been very happy with the whole team. Thoroughly recommended
