From entering the store to departure…
From entering the store to departure salesperson 'Mark' was indeed most helpful in explaining the types of mattresses available to meet requirement as reviewed the day before on Bensons web site.
Mark then undertook us to try a good selection of the mattresses available.
We were then offered to try the comfortability test on a mattress that identifies potentially the type of mattress most suitable.
Following the test Mark identified some mattress to try from which we identified the most suitable.
Of note the mattress we chose was not the one we had in mind from viewing the web site.
We tried this mattress on entering the store, then Mark approached and advised other mattresses of the same type available to try, thus ensuring we purchase the most suitable from undertaking the testing.
We were not rushed throughout the store visit and Mark took time to explain fully each type of mattress tested.
Mark was both polite most helpful throughout the store visit and I consider him to be of great benefit to Bensons.

We’ve used Bensons a few times now and always go back. The range of stock is great with very competitive pricing for the quality of products. The service is excellent, and the knowledge and support of the staff is second to none.

Matteress shopping
We went looking for a materess and paul assisted us. He was fantastic we tried several after been on the air bed, he never pushed us and left us to it we even ended upgrading to a materess that he never showed us.
