We were looking for a Hypnos bed to try out. Walked into the store and immediately seen by staff members who showed us the beds we were interested in. Staff member was Paul Lucas. He was very knowledgeable about the beds, polite and friendly.

The sales person was very helpful, good selection to view.

We needed to ascertain what would be the best bed for us and we were shown all types with in the category and received advice on the advantages for each so we could make an informed choice. Tomm was respectful, very knowlegeable and gave us time, with out pressure, to reach a decision.

Paul and Tim were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They spent a lot of time discussing products which enabled us to make decisions with confidence.

Paul at the Branksome/Poole branch was very efficient and helpful. He went out of his way to help and ensure that I was able to get what I needed, quickly and easily. So refreshing and definitely a good reason to refer this branch in particular to my friends and family.

Tim was great, helped me find the perfect pillow and mattress which I was in desperate need of a very specific type for nerve damage in my shoulder and back. Tim was not pushy at all like a lot of sales people can be. He was very patient with my partner and I and very informative.

Our salesman, Timm, was the ideal person to help us: personable, full of information, not pushy. Gave us a lot of time and was patient with our questions; let us talk together and come to an unhurried decision. Every store should have a Timm!

Walking into the store I was very impressed with its presentation. A good selection of beds, with several options but not overwhelming. The two staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and the whole experience was excellent.
