Brought a bed in full in cash in feb was told could postpone it for 6 months while we wait for a date to move in to our new home, we get the date to move in amd a few days before they ring to say it’s discontinued! So we are in a new house with a bed with a 4 week old baby, it took over a week to get our money back, do not use this company they have no respect or for customers! Shop local

Went looking for a new mattress, following constant back pain. Your sales assistant Emma was a delight, wasn't pushy. Allowed us time to look, was polite, knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed. Ordered and had the wrong size mattress…
Ordered and had the wrong size mattress delivered which was entirely my own fault. In store staff sorted out a replacement without hesitation in a professional and friendly manner. Delivery guys on original and then corrective delivery were on time and very courteous on both deliveries.
