Brilliant from start to finish
From the start Dave in Bromborough was most helpful in helping me chose the right mattress for me. He encouraged me to try them out !! The booking of the delivery etc was so easy all arranged by Dave , all in all a great experience what a lovely chap especially considering I had to change the delivery date TWICE for personal reasons all done with a smile great.
Getting to the delivery its self again could not fault it. Had reminders for a good few days before delivery and time slot. Could track on the day exactly where the chaps were and what numbers they were on. I had a call saying they would be about 30 mins they were less than that and what a lovely couple of chaps, Vitalisus and Ben. Cheery polite and happy . They had the new mattress in and the old one out in no time at all. Very professional and smiling the whole time .
I have to say Bensons , all three chaps are asset to you and a good advert for Bensons.
Would certainly use Bensons again

I purchased bedroom furniture and can confirm that they are of beautiful quality, solid oak cupboards look great in my room. The purchase experience was very quick and easy on line and delivery time was about 2 weeks. I did feel sorry for the two older guys having to carry them up 2 flights of stairs to my apartment though. Eeekk

New mattress
Went into the Bromborough store for a new mattress, we had something specific in mind and the manager Andy provided us with exactly what we were looking for, he was very knowledgeable about the mattress types suggested trying two different mattressess when we couldn't decide on the firmness which was a great idea and solved the problem, he was friendly but not pushy and we got a nice discount. Very happy with the service we received.

We are both disabled pensioners and were amazed that we could park our car immediately outside the front entrance, as we entered we were warmly greeted by JOE a most informative employee who was both helpful and professional in his very amiable style.
JOE recognised our needs and allowed us to inspect your beds at our own pace and once we were decided, ensured we had made the correct decision and that WE were entirely happy with our choice of items before finalising our purchase... thank you so much JOE for all your valued assistance.
