Just passed in Basildon with Sham Patwal. It was a great experience all round. Sham is patient, explains things clearly, and got the right balance between tips to pass my test and tips to be a good driver when I had. Highly recommended.

Steve was a great driving instructor, passed first time

I had a really good experience learning to drive with Steve Trimnell. I have just passed my test first time in Avonmouth. Steve is a good, patient instructor who gives clear instructions and has really helped build my confidence with driving. I have anxiety and thought it'd take me ages to learn but with Steve's help I've managed to pass within less than a year.

I was a new driver in the UK and David really guided me well through the whole process. He genuinely understood what I needed to guide me in a very clear and simple way from the basics.

He was always punctual, generous with his time, and made the lessons feel friendly, comfortable with a dash of really useful tips and tricks.

At the same time, he was critical, like an examiner, when needed and very knowledgeable, about the driving tests which made me go through real experiences.

I can’t recommend Dharmesh enough! He was a brilliant instructor - always calm, patient and encouraging. I just passed my test today with no faults! He explained everything clearly and helped me build my confidence, never making me feel bad when I made mistakes. I’m so grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone learning to drive!

Sham Patwal was an incredible driving instructor who gave me the confidence and skills to pass my automatic test first time and push through my driving anxiety. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to learn regardless of your ability, confidence or current skill level. He is incredibly patient and a great driving instructor with all the knowledge to help anyone pass their test. I highly recommend Sham and will 100% be referring him to family and friends looking to start lessons.

Dharmesh is the most patient, friendly and knowledgeable instructor. I passed my driving test first time! His style of teaching is impeccable. Paired with his knowledge of specific routes and test areas, which enabled me to become very test-ready within 2 months of learning. Wishing Dharmesh all of the best and I recommend him so much to first time learners like me! If I had the option I would give him 10 stars.

Was taught by Steve as a fresh new driver, was absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful.

Because of him I managed to pass first time with ease, being more then prepared for both the test and driving independently outside of test conditions.

Started driving lessons with dharmesh on automatic for my test in Mill Hill a few months ago. Just passed my test yesterday.

Having failed once before in Pinner a few years ago I was especially cautious in choosing an instructor this time. I was recommended his number from a friend.
From the first lesson I knew even if I failed my next test I wouldn’t change the instructor.

Part of what made driving so challenging was as a beginner there’s constantly so much new input on the roads. Being too close on the left, checking mirrors, road signs, being aware of speed limits etc etc. previous instructors would take all that input and constantly provide too many corrections to process. By the time one feedback was listened to it would then cause another mistake as my attention was diverted which would spiral out.

Dharmesh did a fantastic job of taking everything into consideration, only telling me what was immediately necessary, otherwise patiently pausing and waiting till we were parked to give me feedback when I could process it.

His temperament is very calm and positive which also help to recover from mistakes made on the road while driving.

All in all, couldn’t recommend an instructor more. I don’t just feel as though I’ve passed my test, I feel like I’ve been given the confidence of knowing how to drive safely on the roads.

I couldn’t recommend Dharmesh more highly. I failed my test twice before finally passing on my third attempt, and I went straight back to him each time.

Throughout the whole process, he was incredibly patient, gentle, optimistic and encouraging. He never made me feel disheartened after failing and always gave me the confidence to keep going.

I’ve had nearly 100 hours of lessons in total, and I can genuinely say that I now feel comfortable and confident enough to go out on the road independently tomorrow. For me, that’s just as important as passing the test. He didn’t just teach me how to pass, he taught me how to actually drive safely and confidently. Something my examiner commented on too and credited my instructor for.

I’m so grateful for all his patience and encouragement, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Jon is an amazing driving instructor. I wouldn’t have passed without him. He made me feel safe in the car and gave me confidence but also an understanding of my responsibility as a road user. A lovely man and great company too! I recommend Jon to all my friends learning to drive.
