I have a Benefithub website
I have a Benefithub website, and it was a bad investment. No sales, no support, no business - nothing. I've emailed Cameron Anderson, account manager at Benefithub, at least 6 times within one week (with the same email to cancel my benefithub website and refund payment), and still no response. This is an example of the poor customer service you will receive. It is just not worth it.

Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE! RUN! I am an actual customer. I do not think the other reviews are actual customers. Poor customer service on every level. I've had a BenefitHUB portal for 3 years.

The kind and patient gentleman Carlos assisted me with helping lower my insurance by $50 all while keeping my full coverage and adding on a few new benefits. His patience outweighed any rep I’ve ever worked with from any company with a magnitude that is unmeasurable. To whom this may concern, Thanks to Alora for being sooooooo very knowledgeable regarding my trip to Paris.
Alora explained in detail the different seats and the additional cost if need be. I am going to request Alora for my next voyage to Dubai and other countries.

Do Not Purchase tickets for a sporting event…
Purchased tickets for a sporting event and was sent to a 3rd party. Without knowing I was being way overcharged, they were not authorized to sell these tickets. They would not refund my money and in fact they were very rude about it.
