Fiserve, Bename & AIB were working together to give me the worst PDQ nightmare. Initially, I signed up to help a friend who was working there. By the time the contract was signed, he had moved on & his colleague gave me a 4-year contract on an out-of-date machine. The guy who I signed up with reassured me that he could end the deal early if required, but when I got back in touch with him he was working for a different company. The machines became unusable after 2 years as the replacements would get a tamper error within a week of receiving them. When I changed to another company I found out that I was actually being charged more than I had been told. The cancellation was made very difficult as it was difficult to contact anyone & cancellation had to be within 1 month of the end of the contract. Different staff told me different ways of canceling & I ended up paying an additional month.

These guys are complete and utter scammers.
They use adobe sign documents and if you click on them it enrols you into a 4year agreement. 4 years ! Hooked us in initially with low % card rates then after a few months raised the prices resulting in a much higher invoice than our previous supplier.
Be careful as they have really stitched us up. The salesman Matthew Baker never told us it was a 48 month contract, spelled the name of our business incorrectly and took advantage of us as English is our second language. Totally lied and mis sold to us. When we confronted them about the unnecessary long contracts they threatened us with a County Court Judgment! Stay away they are cowboys.

Listened to what I needed for my busy. Sorted everything out with no issues and everything was delivered on time and trained staff, when they needed it. All round great job. Thanks Raul
