Cluster has accompanied us since the opening of the restaurant in May 2025. The point of sale and payments are working great. There is a lot to learn and the trainers and support staff have been extremely responsive and helpful.
The reporting is ok. I have to create a few reports to see the entire payment picture with tips, cash and electronic transactions and wire transfers but it’s not complicated .
