Myplan is activated but I don't have a sim card.
I received an email about my plan being activated and my sim being delivered but in reality, I didn't even receive the sim card in my hand. What is going on???
Worst customer service: stay away.
I was pleased with Ben for three years. No problems at all, although I have travelled abroad multiple times.
Now my contract has ended. I finished my studies and went back home.
Ben has refused to cancel my contract and wants me to continue paying even if I don't use its service anymore and live abroad now.
Even if the contract has ended, Ben wants my money, citing ridiculous reasons.

The number porting happened before I actually received my SIM card. It's been delivered for nearly a week now and I can't use my current SIM card as I am waiting for a new one. My subscription has also started and I pay for something I don't have. I think it would be better if the porting and subscription started as soon as customers actually put the SIM into their phones, not before.

Had multiple e-mails on when the delivery guy is coming. And he was so nice. His van looked a little like a dump. But I guess he just needs a bit of updating his van and organising. Overall, the service was quite good actually
Customer Service a joke
Website wouldn't take my details for a new sim card, so I rang customer service. I mean, wow... these guys need some training. "Um I don't know...." Silence. Ok... how about find someone who does know? He tells me to try via a third party website. That doesn't work. I try calling again, this person does it for me over the phone (why couldn't the first guy do that??) and says I'll receive a confirmation email in 5 working days (pretty long time for a sim card) Guess what? I never receive the email. I have wasted days of my time. Time to re-train your customer service teams, I think.

The company is cheap but very bad. They said they will arrive between 18.00-20.00 but they arrive earlier than 18.00, and don't call you even though they ask you to provide a contact number. The customer service cannot provide you a new delivery slot in the same time frame and they say the earliest is in 2 days. If they write 20.00 as a time slot they need someone to work but apparently they don't have anyone that works late. Horrible service, leaves you without a phone sim for days. For their record "being early is being late", if you arrive early, you should call the customer as a courtesy. I will just pay more and get a proper sim card.

Several good people working there have told me confidentially that management does not care and is not motivated to change anything, and they are looking for other employment.
If you like being disrespected, getting lied to and wasting your time repeatedly trying to solve the same customer problem this is the place for you.
If you are looking for unprofessional people that do not know how to treat their customers this is a great place!
They are exceptional at taking money from your bank bot horrendous at returning it when they have made a mistake.
Promises never kept
Financial restitution never arrives, nor do promised call backs or follow up as telephone and emails rarely returned

There network is good but their customer service is one of the worst I encountered. They just try to shuffle you around instead of solving your problems. I can't make calls to any other European numbers or receive SMS from companies, I have reported these multiple times over 3 months, but their customer service don't really care or tried to solve the problem. I'm going to switch soon.

Incompetent service personel
I signed up and gave all necessary informationto transfer my Lebara number to Ben.nl. Still they have not done it now almost 3 weeks later and I am unable to use my phone during all this time. Need to be able to recieve SMS from ING bank in order to pay my bills. Very disappointed. I called the service number but they were slow and unhelpful.
Bad customer service, unreliable and slow
BEn.nl worked good until I had a problem. As simple problem as lost SIM resulted in significant financial loss due to fees, payment for temporary replacement and lost time spend on the Ben service line.
They delivered new SIM within 2 days but were capable of activating it for more than 3 weeks (maybe even 5). Due to my impatience I already asked for termination of the contract but I still gave them a week to fix the issue. They did and I asked for cancellation of the termination of the contract, they said they get back to me and they didn't! So on top of all that long waiting and effort, they disconnected me and now I have to wait few more days and pay extra fee for activation.
The sad part is that other providers (Vodafone and T-Mobile) had issues with speed and quality of their service as well (when I wanted to register with them) but that's another story.
Customer service totally unacceptable!
I get absolutely no reaction from cst service. I tried now for weeks to make a new login and it doesnt work at all! Everything you can do so perfectly obline doesnt work if you cannot login - leaves you completely powerless! You cant even cancel your abonement without calling them (or login), so i guess that leaves me only with cancelling via another provider and nummerbehoud... Kinda tragic
