THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE

While I was a client I had no problem with them. The problem came when I asked to cancell my suscription.

- It took 3 months until they cancelled it... but!
- Once it was cancelled (I received an e-mail from them confirming) they kept charging me monthly. I had to call, insist, they would fix it, but nothing was fixed.
- After 15 months trying to cancel, and after 1 year getting their confirmation by e-mail that my subscription was cancelled. They are still claiming for money and they added me on a debt list. Creating a bigger problem.
- Basically, after 15 months: I have paid months after my subscription was cancelled; they still send me e-mails and claim for money, I am in a debtors list so I can't pay anything in terms as they wont accept it because I am in a debtors list.

This is the time I am going to look for a lawyer, spend money, and keep going with this ridiculous situation because they will still not fix it.

RIDICULOUS!

Hidden "Manual Cancellation” Traps

I am writing this to warn others about the disorganized and misleading billing practices at Ben. My experience has been a cycle of unauthorized charges, broken promises, and zero accountability.

The Issues:

- The "Manual Cancellation" Trap: I ordered what was clearly presented as a 1-month subscription. My account portal even confirmed a specific end date of 27-10-2025. Despite this, Ben continued to charge me, later claiming (only over the phone) that a "manual cancellation" was required—a requirement that was mentioned nowhere in my initial order confirmation.

- Broken Promises: When I called on Dec 29th, an agent admitted the error and promised a refund. I later found out from another agent that no notes were made in the system, and that promised refund never arrived.

- After you called to cancel, they will still put you on the service for one more month.

- No Documentation: They attempted to withdraw funds via direct debit without ever sending an invoice for January or February.

- Terrible Support: I received no response to my contact form for three weeks. When I finally called and stayed on the line for over an hour, I was simply told they would "reply to the form" with no actual promise of a resolution. Their internal record-keeping is a mess, and they expect the customer to pay for their incompetence.

Final Verdict: Avoid this company if you value your time and peace of mind.

Cyberattack

Just receive the email from Ben about the issue of the cyberattack.

Glad I no longer use this horrible provider after they left me without ANY service (yes, no calls, SMS, or internet) for days and didnt compensate me for anything!

Stay away from Ben!

Failed number transfer and impossible cancellation

I tried to transfer my existing number to BEN when activating an eSIM, but it failed.
Customer service then activated a new number without my consent.

I tried to cancel the contract online within the 14-day cooling-off period, but the cancellation form did not work and I received no confirmation.

When I contacted customer service later, I was told I could only cancel with a fee of 47€ or try the transfer again, even though the issues were caused by BEN.

I am now with two active numbers and paying two providers, still trying to solve it. Very poor experience.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Tried to contact them via the form on their website like 10 times. Multiple emails sent. Finally called them. Not much help tho. They can't tell if I'll get my money back. Haven't even open the envelope with simcard as I ordered something else. Can't send it back. Basically they send to you whatever they want and charge you for it, even tho you didn't order it. 0/0. Go for odido is much better and cheaper

The courier guy was polite, very patient and clear with instructions.
Clear informative emails from the Company prior the delivery were very helful and reassuring.

Terrible

Terrible, i have been with Ben over 7 years and i asked to decrease my MB and monthly cost as i don't use all this internet and they say you cannot go lower than what you currently have! what kind of stupid rule is that? i can't wait to leave, avoid Ben at all costs!

Possibly the worst customer service

Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced.
I have been trying to contact them to cancel my contract, and they do not reply to emails or pick up calls. Every time I am on the waiting line for more than 30min and nothing... There is no other way to cancel an ongoing contract.
