Went into Belmont to enquire about a new Suzuki Vitara Automatic. John Robertson was very informative about what was available and pointed me in the right direction. I am delighted with the choice I made based on John's recommendations. His advice was given in a business like and friendly manner tinged with a good sense of humour. As I had never driven an automatic before he even took me out for a driving lesson. One hundred percent customer satisfaction.

Lucas made the process very easy. Listened to exactly what we wanted. Made whole experience so simple. Would definitely recommend Belmont at Wallyford.

Car booked for one day but kept longer as they ordered a wrong part. I had to make more visits due to not checking the bulletin by the staff. Promised to do more investigation but did nothing - no phone call with explanation, just information when I popped in for car collection.
Absolute joke. I left the review on Google maps and Peter responded that would like to talk about. Here you have it with an update.

Peter provide a general phone number and when I tried to get in touch, ho apparently was on a phone and even I left my phone number he still "was on a phone" for next a few hours. Nice try to looks good online but still behave like coward? Take your own conclusions.

I was so apprehensive about buying a new car but Lucas made it such an easy experience. He was very knowledgeable about everything they offered and was really helpful without being pushy. He made the whole buying process so much easier than it might have been in other car showrooms, and I left with a lovely car that I felt was excellent value for money.

Belmont sourced our car without any issues. We were assured the car would be delivered in the same condition as the cars we had viewed when we visited which were like new. Unfortunately our car was delivered without being valeted and with a broken door mirror casing. They did source replacement ( with a little help from us )part and fitted it about 2 months later. Car was supposed to be valeted when it was in for door mirror casing replacement didn’t happen. Still waiting! Just paid £140 to have car valeted. Fantastic job by Solo Detailing. Maybe your valeter needs to have a look in this guys fb page to see how it’ should be done? Not the service we expected after paying £15000 . Sales not an issue . How car was presented to us was.

From the minute I walked in the door to the moment I drove away I felt like a VIP. Scott Thompson helped me with the paperwork and my insurance. The staff even made my dogs welcome when I came to collect the car.

We were on the first stage of looking at what could be available to us to upgrade our Vitara as our PCP was nearing the end . Walked into the showroom -looking for advice and Kenneth Buchanan was on hand , fortunately for us, he explained our options re the next step for when the contract ended. We’ve been Belmont clients for the past 3 cars approximately 9 years and have been very happy with each. Inevitability one of the vehicles in the showroom took our fancy and so, before we left that afternoon the deal was done, we made our choice. Kenneth was very helpful, explained everything well and at no point did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. Roll on one week and time to collect the new Vitara Boosterjet Ultra. Kenneth took us through all the paperwork of which there was much! He fully explained the features on the ‘dashboard’, helped set up my phone with the Suzuki app etc. I would highly recommend Belmont to anyone looking for company and a sales person with exceptional people skills.

We wandered in to Belmont motors to browse what was on sale and the salesman came forward and introduced himself as Kenneth Buchanan. He was very smart and polite and asked if we needed help. I told him we were just looking not buying. So he left us to wander about and only intervened when we took a big interest in an upgrade to the one we had. There was no pressure from him at all at any time. I would highly recommend Belmont Motors

I was told the car is fully serviced and marks will be dealt with.
Not only engine coolant, wiper liquid, anti-brake fluid have not been fully filled, you can see marks around the car and internally.
Tried to phone and never answer my call.
