I received my wedding dress
I received my wedding dress, but unfortunately it was too small, so I needed to exchange it for a larger size. I contacted Bella Barnett by email, and my enquiry about the sizing and return process was answered almost immediately.
To my surprise, they offered me a gift card to purchase the correct size and told me I didn't need to return the original dress. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The customer service was truly exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. I look forward to purchasing more dresses and jewellery from Bella Barnett in the future.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been ordering from Bellabarnett over the years for my special occasion events always stunning when I walk into the room. The bandage dresses are true to size and I always find what fits me perfectly based on the size guide. The Customer Service Team is Outstanding in particular Ms. Kristy, as I only had a minor issue once and decided to make the call to ask a question. The response exceeded my expectations and Ms Kristy made my day. I’ve been very fortunate with my orders never having to return anything because the items were definitely on point. The only thing is, when I get a lot of compliments on my dresses and people ask me where I got them from, I don’t like to share😂😂😂. It’s my little secret and personal design team…..
