It was Sunday late afternoon, walked in and asked if we had a booking, which we did not. We asked if we could sit on a bench table, told no as not cleaned and mumbled something (plenty of vacant tables to choose from), took us to a round table, plonked menus down and waiter walked off. Waited for 5 minutes to find if we could sit somewhere else but no one came. I then went over to waiter, who was really rude. No customer service skills, no apology, just stand offish and rather than made to feel like a valued customer, was made to feel like I was just annoyance. So we walked out feeling really disappointed.

Bland poorly cooked food. I complained so was given a free dessert but it was awful i didnt eat it. Lovely waitress but wouldn't go there again very expensive for precooked meal

Worse experience of my life Greasy cold was dry and burnt and the garlic bread wasn’t cooked

It was horrible they gave us meat and bacon and we are Muslim it’s the worst service and it’s so bad we had to pay for food that we looks t never go there I hope they close down

Very rude an abrupt waitress that rolled her eyes at any minor request, my prosecco was also very warm, I asked nicely if there were any other bottles that were cold and she said no, ive just restocked as ran out so thats it! I then asked if I could swap for a glass of wine and she said they are also warm so no. Eventually I did get a replacement wine and added icecubes but she wasnt happy about doing so. A group of 10 people came in and asked if there was a table (the place was empty) she said NO! Not a chance, they said they were happy to sit seperatelty and she said no again and sent them on their way very rudely. There were lots of available tables and the entire time we were there no more people of booking came in, she clearly did not fancy doing her job. I believe she was senior but was in a baggy jumper and not dressed smartly like the other staff that were very nice, we wont be returning and thats a shame. She has lost the company a lot of business in just one night!

The food experience was expectation well.The dishes was well presented and taste great.

The restaurant floor was dirty,next to the window see spiders, I think if the floor is like that kitchen will be the same or even worst. Food very poor respect others bella. Food not cooked properly raw pretty much. Speak to members staff look like they are know what coming from the kitchen and just discount the bill and not give you any reason why is like that. Honestly I don't know how the manager can run a business like that. I can't complain about bella because usually menu is good and testy but Sheffield s poul very poor.

We had a really good meal at South Kensington Bella, the food was great as was the service. Having to pay my bill online took away from what was otherwise a very good experience.

Big disappointment at dinner in Liverpool yesterday. Carbonara cold and tasteless, pizza hard and burnt. Dirty table

Bella Italia Cribbs Causeway. What a shocking disappointment! Daylight robbery infact. High prices and low low quality food. Tiny portions of bland microwaved tasteless rubbish. The only saving grace was the lovely waitress. It was supposed to be a treat for my family but I left out of pocket and miffed that I'd been taken advantage of! Do better Bella Italia. I'll not be back though!

Salford Quays restaurant - arrived at 6.45pm and the restaurant was very busy due to a performance at the Lowry theatre. Asked to sit outside and look at the menu. The restaurant emptied within 5 minutes and we were shown to a table. Understandably it took 15 minutes before our order was taken as staff were busy clearing vacated tables.
Starters arrived but one was wrong. Waiter who was very worked up tried to tell us they were what we ordered but realised he was wrong. Both starters taken away and within a couple of minutes arrived again but were the original wrong starters! This time I kept my correct starter as it would be going cold. Eventually the other starter arrived.
Main course took a long time to arrive and both were wrong. Took them away and we waited and waited. Both mains arrived and waiter apologetic again.
Waited and waited for dessert menu to be offered and our plates taken away but same waiter too busy offering a table of 6 free Limoncello.
At 8.30 we decided to ask for the bill. Paid, didn't leave a tip as service so bad.
Got home and realised we had been billed for food off the main menu and not the set menu so overcharged by a big amount.
We regularly eat at this restaurant and are normally served by a lovely blond waitress who goes the extra mile to make sure you are looked after properly. The waiter last night was like Basil Fawlty flapping about and there was no need as the restaurant was quiet by the time we sat down.

Visited the Nottingham branch at Centre parks with no reservation on a super busy Sunday afternoon. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond to get us sorted with a table. The food was totally delicious everyone ate really well from my 1 yo son to my very hungry fella. The gluten free options were amazing, I would highly recommend.
Thank you to a very lovely Em Fletcher who was our waitress. She was friendly extremely polite and lovely with the kids.

Sorry to say we were disappointed with our visit to the bella italia at gun wharf. Starter dough balls were supposed to be garlic and mozzarella. There was no trace of garlic, dough balls dry with a tiny bit of melted cheese. We hoped main course would improve matters. I ordered the half pizza and mixed salad option. Dry pizza, reheated not just made. When I say dry I mean literally a thin solid Frisby. The side salad had no dressing and when I asked only balsamic was available. So basically it was a half dried up pizza with plain salad leaves. We used to love bella italia but will not be visiting again unless we know things have changed dramatically for the better.

This restaurant does not serve authentic Italian food. I chose to eat a spaghetti a la carbonara. Tasteless , unathentic disgusting gloop the sauce had nothing in common with a freshly made sauce. Vacuum packed and heated in a micro wave. The drinks were good 👍 but then bella italia did not manufacture them.

Food served incorrectly twice, desset took an hour to arrive and was horrible and seemed made in a rush when we did finally eat it. The waiter was grumpy and not welcoming.

Newcastle Eldon square- worst bloody meal ever!!!! I won’t be returning. 45 minutes for 2 drinks the service was shocking and one perticluar waiter was very rude. We asked for garlic sauce and received melted butter! Very disappointed won’t be returning

worst meal i’ve ever had and service was terrible not one person came to check on us and the food took about an hour to come. one of the waiters was very rude and kept giving strange looks. definitely don’t recommend going even heard the couple next to us saying they’d rather have a kfc or a mcdonald’s and i don’t blame them!

I gave it 1 star as there is no option for a zero star..best thing bella italia could do is to shut down the staff are rude surly the have no customer relations skills..the menus drinks menu well there was one on the table, but try ordering from it nothing was available except one draught drink, Stella, and one bottled which was magners..the man on the door booking you in was the most horrible disgusting excuse for a man I ve ever met, rude does not describe him..don't know his name but we had booked in for 18:45 8/2/22 so it's easy to Barack this excuse forva human being..we were a party of nine..6 adults 3 children aged 1, 3 and 6 nit one of the staff said hello and acknowledged the waitress looked like she was chewing a very strong lemon all night..add to this that my partner had the chicken dish that I told her was a microwave meal and looked off she ate it to cause no fuss..today is our last day and since 6am has been in the toilet or bed being sick and has bad runs..we refused to pay the compulsory 7.5 % service charge added now as no cash is allowed in centre parcs...they were not happy with this..also there payment method was down so they want us to run up with our payment today the day after as soon as they ring us, yeah we'll drop all our days plans to rune up to pay you..No we will saunter up when we are ready..bella italia at centre parcs sherwood needs closing down they are providing poor food, with disgusting manners and little if no drinks choices..

I visited today the branch that is located in Westwood Cross, and I am very disappointed with my experience.

The food portions are very small comparing to what it has been just months ago.

The food presentation is terrible as well. I have ordered a kids meal, and they serving was not designed to a child, the starter was burned.

I will never visit Bella Italia. The value of the food doesn’t match the price.
