Belkin is amazing

Man, 89% 1 stars. How?! Like literally how?! I live by Belkin. Do these people even understand tech? Its much better to any premium brand in terms of durability and pricing! Belkin is made to last long, something i cannot about Apple or Samsung for example

Bad screen protector, horrible customer service

Bought a screen protector and it broke within two weeks. The customer service was so bad and slow that it took them more than 6 weeks to get me a new one. (Which by the way was one that I have to install myself instead of one that the Apple Store installs for me - like I originally bought. That was “was out of stock”)

The whole experience was a mess, they simply ignored most of my requests (I was asking for alternative solutions). As a result, I now have a screen with tiny scratches on it and a protector that I have to install myself. I paid 60 dollars for this.

Bad headphones

Bought a pair of Belkin wired headphones (SoundForm Wired Earbuds with USB-C Connector) at a WH Smith at Paddington Station, London. Not only were they about £6 more expensive than I've since found them online, they don't work properly. They pop continuously while i'm listening to anything, the microphone doesn't work, so you can't make calls, and when plugged into a laptop they don't work at all.

Bought a screen protector for an Iphone…

Bought a screen protector for an Iphone 15 Pro Max. Followed the instructions, made sure everything was clean, put the glass on and had alot of bubbles no matter how slow and careful I was being aswell as dirt under the glass and inbetween the glass and the foil. No refund possible either apparently.

Warranty Claim for Defective Power Bank…

Warranty Claim for Defective Power Bank (Model: BPB011BTBK, Serial: 46F01GSCB40322)

Dear Belkin Support Team,

I am reaching out to request a warranty replacement for my Belkin 10,000mAh power bank (Model: BPB011BTBK, Serial: 46F01GSCB40322), which I purchased on Amazon in October 2022. Unfortunately, the product began to malfunction and swell, creating a significant safety concern.

As the power bank is still under its two-year warranty, I initially contacted Amazon for assistance. They informed me that I need to directly contact Belkin since there is no authorized service center in Turkey. I subsequently filled out the RMA form and received the reference number 17100468. However, I was instructed to return the product to a local store with a valid receipt, which is not an option available to me.

Out of safety concerns, I documented the condition of the swollen product with photos and promptly disposed of it at a battery recycling box to avoid any risk of explosion.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request a resolution. If needed, I can provide the purchase receipt and the pictures I took of the product and its box.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope for a swift resolution.

Belkin web site the worst …

Tried to register a screen protector their site is absolutely useless, it's amazing that in 2025 a company who deals with Apple and sells so many products through them have such a useless site. I've bought many Belkin products not registered any of them. this is the last time I'm gonna buy anything from them they are useless stay away!!

Cracked screen protector Belkin

Cracked screen protector Belkin case No. 16945530

I purchased a Belkin screen protector for an iPhone XR that cost £29.99 on the 5th March 2024 because the salesman said “I know its expensive but it is covered even if the screen cover cracks just bring it back to us and we will replace the screen cover”

Went back to the Chelmsford branch of Western computers and was told the screen cover is covered under the warranty however, I must make a warranty claim direct to Belkin and they will send me a replacement screen cover and then take this back to the store for them to fit it.

I submitted a warranty claim on the 30th October 2024 and was informed I would be contacted in 3 - 5 days, after waiting approx two weeks I enquired with Belkin again and was told the screen cover is no longer available and they would process a refund and I should allow 2-3 working days. This was on the 15th November 2024 and to date I have still not heard anything!

Apple should be ashamed of themselves putting their name to Belkin and Western computers!

No customer support

I canceled my order but they still shipped it. I can't get any support by chat or via phone. No response. Avoid this company. If you have a problem it will be impossible to get resolved.

Poor quality and reliability, but cheap

Bought a Belkin docking-station (Belkin CONNECT USB-C 5-in-1 Multiport Adapter) in March 2024. I needed one in a hurry and the Belkin was the cheapest available. The look and feel of the product was ok and initially it worked as needed. Within 6 months it was unreliable and before the end of the year it had stopped working entirely.

Do not trust or use …

Wish I had seen these reviews when apple convinced me to spend £30 on the screen protector which broke after 1 month- no customer service no bot chat that actually works as it doesn’t recognise numbers!! And no customer services that get back to you

screen glass protector replacement under warranty never came

I ordered the screen glass protector replacement under warranty and they promised that will come within 14 days. But nothing received yet. First I am still with broken screen protector when a long time ago could change it already in another company. Second I just wasted my time checking with this company so they just lied to me that they sent the replacement and they have just problems with delivery.
Don’t trust them!

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. I bought a 2-1 charger, it arrived and the product box had clearly been opened before, the seals were obviously broken. I looked inside and the sticker parts had poorly been stuck back on the product. Customer service chat unhelpful, I tried the product suspecting it wouldn’t work and guess what it DOESNT WORK. They’re saying 2-3 days for someone to contact me. Pathetic, should be getting one sent out straightaway and apologising. Can see this going around in circles.

don’t buy it

I purchased and installed a screen protector at the Apple Store, which came with a guarantee. However, when attempting to claim the warranty, I discovered that their website consistently displayed numerous errors. Consequently, I was forced to purchase a new screen protector, which was not from Belkin.

The screen protector began to peel off approximately one month after installation.

Placed an order with Belkin on 28…

Placed an order with Belkin on 28 October. A couple of days passed and I got tracking information from DHL, but no movement for two weeks. I contacted DHL who advised they hadn’t received the parcel and to contact the retailer. Tried to web-chat with Belkin but gave in and called, was on hold for approximately 20 mins. Agent apologised and said he has escalated with his back office team, but also said there has been issues with UK deliveries. He reassured me the team are aware and currently working on it. I received an email acknowledging the issue on Tuesday night and then further received tracking updates on Wednesday afternoon. I received my item today (14/11/2024) which is as expected (packaging well and no damage). It’s not the best experience, but with a little patience, my item arrived.

Horrendous service and NO support

My order placed on 29th October showed as "Fulfilled" on the tracking update on my order. Nothing changed and after waiting one week I eventually got through to customer services (Belkin 'Customer Service is the very definition of misnomer!) and all they could tell me was that they would escalate the problem. No information on the timescale for resolution or offer to keep me updated.

On 12th November I ordered the same product from Amazon and it arrived less than 24 hours later.

On 13th November, the same day my Amazon order was delivered, I received confirmation that my original Belkin order would arrive on 14th November.

I can't find information on how to return for refund on the Belkin web site so tried the online chat who advised me to phone.

They do not care a jot that I am the customer and have wasted hours of my life on this garbage already.

Would NEVER EVER order from Belkin again. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Passed pillar to post. Nobody knew what was going on (issue with them putting the incorrect labels on orders apparently). Reuqested a refund, chased it a few times, and then they dispatched the order again! Completely abhorant service. Products are decent, just don't order from them. Order from Amazon instead.
