Bought 2 watches for my daughter, both turned out not to be waterproof. The company advertises using kids ramping down a waterslide with the watches, going fully submerged, but when one claims warranty on a watch broken by walking through a fierce rainstorm, it declares the warranty void. Reason: water damage is not covered (!). They state that the 3ATM stated on the back of the watch is not to be interpreted as waterproof until 3 atmosphere. It is to be interpreted as water resistant in rain, but not even as being washable.
As mentioned, even the rain turns out to be too much for the watch, and customer service already declares the warranty void even before hearing arguments. As mentioned: we had to find out the hard way by having 2 watches of €129,- each broken due to water damages.
