One of the best services ever!!

I loved shopping with Beliani, not just because their products are really nice, but their customer service has been on the highest level. From the customer support over chat and email to the actual delivery, everything was efficient, fast, friendly and professional.

Excellent quality and design in products, it is definitely an alternative to other sites and the price is definitely very fair.

I bought the merville bed 180*200. Everything went very good. Delivery in less than 1 week. The quality of the bed is exaclty as in the picture. One piece was missing, i wrote to the customer service, in 2 days I had It delivered! I reccomend!

We ordered a table on a monday for it to arrive a week later. Perfectly on time as discussed on the phone. The table has a really nice wood-texture to it. Good experience overall!

On the plus side: timely delivery.

On the negative side: Very poor quality, especially in relation to the price I paid. I bought a metal bed frame + slatted bottom from Beliani.nl, attracted by its elegance compared to the stodgy Swedish designs of IKEA. I expected quality to be better than IKEA, because it was somewhat more expensive than the IKEA equivalent. But quality was much worse in the following ways:
1) Weld quality is very sloppy. You can see holes in the metalwork where a weld has not been done all around.
2) The medallions (which looked so attractive on the website) are nothing more than thin stamped metal pieces welded on to the frame.
3) It is not powder-coated (not claimed by them, but that's how the finish looks in the pictures). It is just painted, and painted badly. The packing and / or handling was also not good enough to protect the paintwork from damage - it was badly chipped in places.
4) Fit and finish is poor - the bedposts had dome-shaped caps which had to be screwed on. In one of them, the cap visibly bent to one side because the screw threads in the cap and/or the post are not aligned.
In all, it has a cheap, tinny look, quite different from the pictures.
Update - I was taken in by the Trustpilot reviews. But Trustpilot itself appears to be a questionable business. Just do a search on "can you trust trustpilot" and you may find the results eye-opening.

The chair is even more beautiful in person! Easy to set up. Would recommend!

5 Star experience with Beliani!
Topservice, beautiful and high quality interior design products! Good communication, fast delivery.

Terrible, terrible quality sofa. I didn't expect amazing quality for the low price, but it's literally hard as a rock. It looks comfortable but that's all fake. In reality, there's a mere 3 cm of padding and the rest is all hollow. You can feel the wooden boards through the seat as you sit. It's extremely uncomfortable to sit on, let alone use it as a sofa bed. I know now why Beliani doesn't have a showroom: nobody would ever buy this sofa if they tried it first. And I couldn't return it since almost all the screw holes were in the wrong places so I had to drill new ones just to get the legs on. Terrible. You get what you pay for with sofas this cheap!

I also tried to leave a review on their website, there's no way to do so. They just keep telling me to leave one here, so they can pick and choose only 5 star reviews to show on their website. I would never recommend Beliani. Go buy a sofa you can try out yourself, first!

Amazing experience & good quality
I am really impressed by the quality of product as well as packaging of the delivery, very professional and damage proof. The color of the chairs matches perfectly with the one shown online and it gives me the peace of mind i do not have to exchange the products. Really happy and highly recommending!

This service was really quick, the product was good: loved the little coffee table, well packed and easy to assemble. Delivery was smooth and without and problem.

ordered a TV cupboard, it arrived quickly and well packed. It was quite a job to make it, but it looks really classy and nice.

All products ordered are great and beautiful. I ordered a bench, vase and a rug. Very happy with the product, however had some issues with having a wrong color of the product delivered. The customer service on the phone is really good, they are nice and happy to help the customer. They are slow on replying on the email so I suggest you call if you have any issues.

I ordered a chaise longue and an armchair, I was expecting much longer delivery times but the order came less than one week after I paid for it! The delivery employees were extremely kind, I understand that as per policy they cannot come in right now but they were helpful to place the boxes in a spot where they would not disturb my neighbours.

The furniture is exactly as described and the quality feels great. Absolutely recommended!

A few weeks ago, I ordered the darkgreen velvet Vadstena couch from Beliani. During a troublesome delivery due to the delivery company DHL, Beliani customer service was always very helpful and understanding. The couch itself is amazing!! The quality is great, it is big enough for 3 people, the fabric is strong yet soft to the touch and incredibely comfortable. Simply amazing!
