I absolutely love our dining table, chairs and ceiling lights. So classy!

Such a great experience from start to finish! I ordered a full garden set along with plant pots and a water feature, everything arrived on time, well packaged, and the quality is outstanding. Every piece exceeded my expectations, from the design to the sturdiness.

Beliani offers such a wonderful variety of stylish and affordable products that make it easy to create a beautiful space. I couldn’t recommend them enough — it’s so nice to find a company that delivers both quality and great customer service. I’ll definitely be shopping with Beliani again!

I ordered 4 dining chairs, 3 arrived fine but 1 seat pad has a line/pull in the fabric which I have sent photos of to customer service and asked for a replacement seat pad to be sent out - Beliani are being very difficult about this and trying to fob me off. We are awaiting to speak to a manager…

Electric reading chair.

Product eventually arrived and was as described. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. However product cable broke within 3 days. The company 'decided' the intended use was not that of the actual use. Wrong assumptions were made. Communication were aggrssive and disparaging. I genuinely believe this was to ensure the product was not covered under their warranty. After sending in all the evidence they requested, they as much as called me a liar. They did offer £100 credit, however trust in the product and professionalism of the company has been eroded.
Shame. The product was defective and the issue occurred after minimal use. They were more concerned with disparaging the consumer than accepting the issue.

My coffee table in gold and glass is excellent. The service is excellent and the delivery was on time. It was very easy to put it only took 15 minutes to put together. Highly recommend

Terrible aftercare service – BE WARNED!
I personally ordered and paid for items using my own bank account, which were delivered to my home address. The only reason my work details appeared was that their website wouldn’t load unless I logged in with my work email.
When the items arrived, the quality was poor, so I requested a return. Shockingly, I was told I would be charged an additional £30 because they decided to treat me as a business customer — even though the order was clearly personal. To put it in perspective, the goods themselves only cost around £40.
Their aftercare is appalling, and they seem to look for excuses to avoid handling returns fairly. If you ever have an issue with your order, expect problems. Avoid at all costs!

Product advertised as ‘suitable for outdoor use’ and after only 8 weeks (during summer & covered as advised whilst not in use) the product is mouldy. Their ‘customer service’ simply replied they would do nothing to help replace/refund as the ‘weather has been humid’ and think this is acceptable. I asked to go to the complaints team and was told their customer service are the complaints team and they will do nothing further.

On top of this we purchased with a ‘get £100 cash back when you spend £300’ offer. Only to find the £100 was a voucher (I had to chase multiple times to receive) & can only be used when spending an additional min £300. These additional T&Cs were housed on a page inaccessible for customers.

Sneaky, unhelpful, falsely advertising & no care for the customer receiving poor quality products. Shrugged off with no consideration and left with £320 of mouldy furniture.

Delivery wasn't fast, the bookshelf was delivered in 5 days.

The quality is appalling, it's made from poor quality MDF board which does not hold screws and cracks while building it.

Paying £80 for a small rotating bookshelf, it is already broken with screw sticking out isn't acceptable.

Extremely poor communication and customer service from Martha Cooper. We placed and paid for our order, but after a week and a half with no delivery and no DHL tracking updates, we had to chase it ourselves. Instead of support, we were dismissed and falsely told the items would arrive within 24 hours. Days later, DHL attempted delivery but ignored our request to leave the parcel in a safe place, and it was returned to sender. Beliani.co.uk made no effort to resolve the matter with their courier and provided no response to us. A very disappointing and unprofessional company.

I ordered the rattan bed frame and it’s completely changed the vibe of the bedroom. Super easy to put together - no issues. Looks fantastic.

Purchased some tables and chairs from this company in February of this year. Most of the tables (3/5) broke and can't stand upright. They are still under warranty and we contacted Bellianai but they won't honour it. The materials and craftsmanship are very low quality.

We ordered 2 blue patchwork armchairs on 13th Feb 2025 and waited for them for just over 6 months.
They arrived last week and OMG they are AMAZING! Beautiful rich colours and a quirky modern design. They are perfect in our chill out area in our kitchen diner.
They look even better than I expected and great quality.
Comfort wise they are fine but don't buy if you want squishy and hyper soft seats.
They really are worth the wait if you want something a bit different.

I never write reviews on the company but the worst company I had to deal with.

cheapest material and sending defected products not taking responsibility for it, not to mention their appalling customer services. Not worth of trying to save some money - trust me it is not the company you want to buy from..

In my last review I mentioned staff always ready to help and advice. I need to add as well some thoughts about beautiful stuff they sell. For house, for garden lots of options available. Sometimes is so hard to select but then lovely staff is helping.
I am just making myself ready for next order. Some items I selected long time above, they just attract my attention and I have to have them. I gott already mattress, armchair now is time for lighting stuff like a beautiful set. Hardly waiting to get it all in my place.

I ordered the Norris shoe cabinet and the quality was absolutely terrible. Many of the other reviews were poor, I thought I’d give it a chance, I wish I hadn’t. The wood was extremely cheap and poor quality, to the extent that you couldn’t put screws into it without damaging it. None of the parts fit together correctly and all of the holes that were cut into the wood were too small. I contacted customer service via their website and they were rude and unhelpful. Terrible waste of money and time, I will be claiming a refund.
