Horrible customer service! I bought a sofa 4.5- 5 months ago. The bed part started to shift itself whenever we sit and every piece of the sofa give another noise. I send an email about the issues, they asked me to add a video.
After that they said they will send the issue to the technical team and the supplier. After couple of weeks they said “unfortunately they can’t find a solution and close my case”????
I asked for ‘365 day return’, they said only if you keep the sofa in the box :D unbelievable. I asked if they can change the sofa?? NO
I don’t know what to do whit this faulty sofa

one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer. I firstly ordered products in France with Beliani.fr for a holiday home in France. Gave them a 3 day window to deliver within (which was within the timescales they quoted) and they let me down at the last minute (wasted trip to France costing loads of time and money) I then decided to order from Beliani in the UK and take the products to France myself. Same outcome - they couldn't deliver within their own quoted delivery times - I ended up having to deal direct with their courier and collect the products myself as apparently their courier doesn't deliver anywhere on a Monday! When we unpackaged one of the seats it was damaged. In the UK and France I have spent just short of £3k and as recompense I have been offered a free lamp or similar small value item (even though I spent £500 on the courier and wasted £300 in travel costs to France) even now they are still arguing with me about replacing the chair and claiming that I damaged it. I have tried reconciling this directly before writing this review - but feel compelled to warn others to stay well away from Beliani so they don't end up with the same issues (note with interest that all of the glowing reviews on google seem to be from people who have only ever posted one review !?) Maybe time for Google's robots to figure out what's going on here

i ordered 2 seater sofa, when the confirmation email arrived noticed delivery address is incomplete . I call them to put the right address i was told they couldn't
change the address, i have to cancel the order and order again. so i canceled the order, 3 weeks later i have not received thee refund yet.
i have call them several times, still no refund.

This is one of my favourite stores, it never disappoints! They have the most beautiful and unique items, great quality, and amazing customer service. 100% recommend

I bought two pieces of furniture from them, one armchair and one shoe storage. Armchair became completely defected. I called them, they blamed me for assembling bad, which was wrong because it was just two pieces, very easy to assemble. Then, shoe storage arrived. It looks beautiful from outside, but when you open, the storage part is not standard size, so the shoe size 9 or 8 doesn’t fit. And when I called them, they told me they can’t refund it because I shouldn’t have opened it. I am attaching the photos of the product and the email of customer service for everyone to see. They are obnoxious, they are rude, they don’t take responsibility, never buy anything from them, and everything is very low quality. They doesn’t look like a photo.

I have purchased from them multiple times and always very pleased with their products and their professionalism. Also their prices are fair and the quality they offer is amazing

I recently purchased my new sofa from Beliani and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the communication was smooth and professional. Highly recommend purchasing from Beliani. I got a dining table, 6 chairs and a sofa bed. Honestly the quality is 10/10 the sofa bed is the comfiest. Really nothing to fault, happy with product and service. Definitely will be back.

The worst experience I've ever had with an e-commerce brand. Firstly, I purchased a set of dishes for my friends engagement party that we needed by a certain time. I double checked to make sure the estimated delivery was well within the time frame... of course allowing for a small delay if needed. It arrived so late that I ended up having to scramble to find a last minute solution. They never arrived. They did arrive however, when we were away on Holiday. When we got back by that point we couldn't return the plates as we were 'outside the return window'. It gets even worse. I settled for a gift voucher when reality it, they should have made it right the first time. So I ordered a chair. The chair took 2 months to get delivered, was sent back TWICE and never came. They couldn't figure out how to deliver the parcel to me. I got on the phone with Beliani and DHL multiple times to confirm the address, along with me having to request time off work to be there to accept the delivery... all for it not to show up.

By the end of it all- they refused to refund me the original amount. Only to give me a gift voucher. After all of this.

Customer service didn't stand by their product or try to make tit right at all.

Stay away from this brand. It's been since April of 2025 and now almost November 2025 of this nightmare and no resolution. There are plenty of other lovely brands to shop from. Give your money to a brand with better morals and ethics.

I was checking out this company prior to a possible purchase after all, that's what Trust pilot is for right? There are a lot of one star reviews and a big red flag is the number of generic good reviews that are too good to be true. There is one (about second page at the moment) that actually ends with; "Let me know if you want it to sound more casual, enthusiastic, or tailored to a specific platform!" where the "reviewer" has obviously sent it to whoever is paying them for approval before posting. I shall not be buying.

Such a great experience from start to finish! I ordered a full garden set along with plant pots and a water feature, everything arrived on time, well packaged, and the quality is outstanding. Every piece exceeded my expectations, from the design to the sturdiness.
